Inspiring Conversations with Kaniya Lindsey of Laadon Consulting

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kaniya Lindsey.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started my first business called “Lil Ole Lash” at 17 years old where I sold false eyelash strips. In the start up process, I remember staying up in my bed all night researching how to start a lash business and how to find reliable vendors overseas. I took a leap of faith and sampled out some lashes from a vendor in China and that was the start of my entrepreneurial journey.

When I turned 18, I suddenly lost passion for the eyelashes and that business all together so I prayed for direction on what to do next and God led me to create my business Laadon Consulting where I help other entrepreneurs start and scale eCommerce brands through social media. I always would help other entrepreneurs when I had my first brand so it was a very smooth transition for me.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Entrepreneurship has its ups and downs. I struggled the most when I lacked direction from God. I recommend all of my clients to allow God into their business journey because he truly knows what’s best for us.

As you know, we’re big fans of Laadon Consulting. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I help entrepreneurs make $10k-$100k through social media without paying for ADs. I specialize in organic traffic and business sales. I am most known for helping entrepreneurs make $3k the first day they launch and helping the youth become full-time entrepreneurs.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing up, I was very ambitious and talkative. I would always write out goals for myself and make it happen. I would sell candy in school as well as work part-time jobs just because I wanted to make money and save up for college and practice my budgeting skills. My main interest has always been cheerleading. I cheered as a child in high school as well as in college.
