Hi Nicole, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Over the past decade, I’ve been a corporate leader, nailin’ it as senior project manager, working on portfolios as large as $70M+ at a time and I noticed a gap with small businesses…some have no strategic or operational acumen! I have always had a passion for entrepreneurship. Over time, I decided I wanted to place my focus in that area and help companies deliver on time and within budget. The way The PM Suite is structured it also allows me to contract work to corporations and even help project managers develop their own consultancy. The start of The PM Suite truly is a love story for the art of operations and helping companies meet profitable goals.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The development of The PM Suite came about naturally to fulfill a business need. The struggle I am helping companies manage is feeling overwhelmed, overworked and lack of operational structure. Quite often, I hear similar stories where business owners are drowning in manual tasks and constantly not fulfilling their objectives due to unorganized efforts. I am grateful the services we provide turn out to be a game-changer for all of our clients. Clients leave equipped with standard operating procedures, profit estimation map, project management plans, and systems in place to name a few solutions.

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
I have nearly a decade of project management experience working with companies such as Truist Bank, Pittsburgh Steelers, Equifax, PVH, Hewlett-Packard and more.
My goal now is to support emerging businesses by streamlining operations and focus on effective ways they can profit from their strategic launch. My desire for small businesses to thrive comes from a place of true passion. I do not take for granted learning fortune 500 strategies and leveraging that information to catapult emerging businesses and solopreneurs beyond their goals.
My knowledge in this space comes from real experience. That has opened the doors for major brands to select me as a trusted advisor in the industry. I was featured in Women of Project Management’s Masterclass 6-part series, guest speaker at the PMO Impact Summit, led an agile panel with Project Management Institute and served as team lead for Community Consulting Teams of Atlanta.
