Today we’d like to introduce you to Jazmine Johnson.

Hi Jazmine, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I picked up my 1st pair of clippers up around the age of eight. Of course, I got in trouble. I didn’t start back cutting again until I was about 12, and I started to cut family members. I went to OEC in high school and started to receive professional guidance.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Life throws curves you just have to learn how to ride them. Getting kicked out of the house kick-started my career. While I was in high school, I turned down my barber scholarship because I was going to school for occupational therapy. Once I got kicked out life happened and plans changed. Once I officially had nothing, I literally found everything I never knew I needed.

As you know, we’re big fans of Demin Kutz By Jaz LLC. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I am a female barber located in Georgia. I specialize in men, women and children haircuts. I offer full facial services, hair coloring, hot towel razor shave, Comodome extraction, and hair texturizing. My brand is Demin Kutz. In this industry, you’ll be helping someone create or complete their desired image. Therefore you must be very understanding and capable to perform the task. I’m very passionate and dedicated to the task. I work on consistently being the best. I’ve always wanted to stand out and become more and more beneficial everyday to others and myself.
