Meet Brittany Johnson Kelly of Exquisite Body Sculpting Studio

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brittany Johnson Kelly. 

Hi Brittany, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
Whew where do we start! I started entrepreneurship in 2016, I was a Branch Manager at a Loan Company that was closing so I told myself why not go in business of my own so at the time I chose to open a boutique name Exquisite Lyfe Boutique. I chose the boutique cause I love fashion and I came with my own brand waist trainers known as Exquisite Waist Mafia. So fast forwarding my story cause it can be very long lol. I closed my boutique and kept my online store; I wasn’t satisfied with just that so I began to research and see what service I can add because I love fitness and working out. So, during the pandemic I came up with Body Sculpting/ Contouring would be an awesome service for my clientele so that’s when I birthed Exquisite Body Sculpting Studio. I absolutely love what I do and outside of that I’m a realtor & own my own Tax Service business K & K Tax Services & Bookkeeping. This where I’m at today but have so many other goals to accomplish. 

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Definitely not a smooth road more like a roller coaster. I encountered numerous struggles along the way, but I stayed dedicated, focused and kept God first no matter what. It’s easily to get discouraged when things not working out but there’s always light at the end of the tunnel. You run into slow sales, inconsistent marketing, economy issues, and so on. But no matter what I kept going strong and staying prayed up and I’m still here standing strong. 

As you know, we’re big fans of Exquisite Body Sculpting Studio. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I have two businesses under the same umbrella, which is Exquisite Body Sculpting Studio/ Exquisite Waist Mafia. I specialize in Body Sculpting/ Contouring, offering services such as Ultrasonic Cavitation, Radio Frequency Skin Tightening, Body Ice Sculpting, Vacuum Therapy, Non-Invasive Bbls, and more. What set me apart from others is I have a passion for everything attached to me. It’s not about the money it’s about making my clients feel good about themselves, cause us women can lose ourselves as being wives and mothers we can neglect our self-care. And that’s when I come in helping my clients get that feeling back, it’s crazy cause that’s most of our conversations when I’m working on them just being able to make time for themselves, that’s with working out as well. My best friend told me the other day I should be a health coach cause I’m always instructing people to change things for the better for their health. “HEALTH IS WEALTH” So that’s what I offer body sculpting services to help lose fat/ inches all while detoxing the body of bad toxins.

Who else deserves credit in your story?
My children made me into the woman I am today, giving me so much drive and to show them to never give up. My husband is my biggest fan, he play a major role with my businesses. He helped me get started in entrepreneurship starting with my boutique.

When I say he didn’t allow me to give up with real estate school he didn’t! When I wanted to throw the towel in he said no keep going, and I did just that which I obtain my Real Estate License for the state of Alabama.

Credit goes to my father as well cause he know I like things to be perfect and he instilled in me to go with the flow nothing going to be perfect. Growing up I worked for him with his Real Estate/ Property Management business at the time and Suit and Tie shop. I pretty much ran his businesses and he showed me the work ethics needed to have a successful business. So this all came to me naturally!
