Today, we’d like to introduce you to William Regal.
Hi William, we’re so excited to have you on the platform. Before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
After leaving the Military, my family and I settled down in Georgia. I had desired to be a business owner for some years and decided to make it happen.
I purchased my first Doberman in 2017 and began to learn how to be a professional Breeder. After taking time to learn the breed and how to run a business, I decided to make it more than a hobby.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story. Has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what challenges have you had to overcome?
This has not been a smooth road at all. Anytime you’re in charge, you must be ready for the good and the bad that comes with being the “boss.”
One of the main struggles in the beginning was getting clients to believe in your product. There are alot of dog breeders, and you have to find a way to stand out from them.
Thanks for sharing that. Maybe you can tell us a bit more about your business next.
As a Military Veteran, it is very important to me to pay close attention to detail.
I have made sure that I carry all the necessary certifications to run my kennel properly. I have my breeders license which was issued to me by the GA board of agriculture. I also have my business as an LLC which has an A+ rating on the BBB. My Dobermans are all health checked and OFA certified.
I am most proud of the quality Doberman puppies I produce and place with qualified families. My kennel offers superior Dobermans in health and temperament. I also place great importance on keeping a strong relationship with every family that purchases a Doberman from me.
Who else deserves credit for your story?
My family and clientele deserve the credit for my success.
My wife has given countless hours to make my business greater. My clients trust me to provide a great dog and help grow my business through word of mouth.
