Today we’d like to introduce you to Jasmine Moore.
Hi Jasmine, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I originally started as the Executive Producer of Bad Bish Sorority, co creating it alongside Summer Yamii. The show was born to uplift both women and transgender women giving voice to the stories, the struggle, and the power behind both. Around the time we began working on it, I lost both of my brothers just a week apart. I was in a dark place mentally, and this project became a form of transmutation. I poured my pain into something bigger than me.
Summer Yamii saw the vision and the heart I was bringing and eventually passed me the torch, making me the CEO of the project. Now, we’re in our second season and it’s bigger, bolder, and more unapologetic than ever. Bad Bish Sorority has become a space for real transformation, raw moments, and sisterhood chaotic, but healing. And it all started from pain that turned into purpose.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Definitely not a smooth road it’s been a journey full of long nights, real tears, and even some breakups. I’ve had men leave me, literally telling me I was putting too much time and energy into this project. And I laugh at that now, because… aren’t you supposed to put in 10,000 hours to master your craft?
Building Bad Bish Sorority meant sacrificing comfort, distractions, and sometimes even love. But I knew what I was building was bigger than me. It was never just about reality TV it was about creating a platform where women could be raw, real, and redeemed. That kind of mission doesn’t come easy but it’s been worth every obstacle.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m a film producer, but more than that I’m a storyteller. I love taking an idea that lives in your mind and watching it come to life in real time. There’s something magical about turning emotion, experience, and imagination into something people can see and feel.
I’m still fairly new to the industry, but I’ve been blessed to start strong. My first project was Tough Love: Atlanta with Caleb and Roni Davis who are incredible creators out of L.A. and that series ended up being Emmy-nominated. From there, I jumped into creating Bad Bish Sorority, and most recently I worked on a film called Buried Beneath Your Lies, which is now streaming on Prime Video.
Even though I’m just getting started, I don’t plan to stop here. What sets me apart is that I lead with passion and purpose. I don’t just make content I build spaces for raw truth, healing, and evolution, especially for women who are often misunderstood or overlooked. I’m proud that my work creates impact and entertainment.
Alright so before we go can you talk to us a bit about how people can work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
I’m always open to collaboration I truly believe in collaboration over competition. The best projects come from genuine energy and aligned visions, so if you’re passionate, creative, and ready to build, I’m with it.
