Today we’d like to introduce you to Diamond Jenrette.
Hi Diamond, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I grew up immersed in technology. I got my first computer at nine years old and was hooked instantly. From the beginning, I loved pairing my passion for tech with my eye for design and beauty. For over a decade, I ran a graphic and web design business, but over time I realized my interests were shifting. While I’ve built a 15-year career in IT and now work as a Senior Systems Engineer, I’ve always needed a creative outlet.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been the one planning and decorating parties for friends and family. Elevating simple gatherings and creating beautiful experiences. Eventually, I noticed that there was a big gap in Atlanta’s event market. Not many event companies were really catering to weekend party planning for bachelorettes and birthday getaways. The large one day event or wedding was most popular. Within two weeks of the initial thought, I had the name, logo, and website ready to go.
I launched by selling itinerary templates on Etsy while booking our first parties. Selling the templates were the beginning of combining my tech skills with my love for event planning. Now a days, business is booming and we’re busier than ever, serving mostly bachelorette groups who choose Atlanta to party for their VIP’s “Last Fling Before the Ring”.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not at all, but that’s what makes it all worth it. Like most entrepreneurs, I’ve dealt with staffing changes, marketing challenges, and the unpredictability of event planning. On top of that, late last year I was diagnosed with colon cancer. In May, I had curative surgery and I’m now officially cancer-free!
Although I am truly blessed and grateful of the outcome, that time was really difficult for me. I was juggling medical treatments, client events, and my IT career all at once, but DRMZ kept me motivated. I didn’t start this business because I thought it would be easy. I started it because it made me happy, and that’s what kept me going when things got hard.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Diamant Dreamz (DRMZ)?

We take care of every detail from fully stocked fridges and custom welcome signs to themed photo booths, VIP room décor, curated drink bars, personalized itineraries, even complete cleanup before checkout, and so much more.

Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs or other resources you think our readers should check out?
Some of my favorite books have helped me stay focused with my busy schedule. Books like Can’t Hurt Me by David Goggins, The 12-Week Year by Brian P. Moran, and The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz have been game changers for me. They’ve helped me stay disciplined and keep my mindset in check no matter what’s going on.
Pricing:
- Our events are completely customizable, tailored to the group’s size, theme, and how much they want to spoil their VIP. Since the investment is usually shared among guests as a collective gift to their VIP, it often averages around $200 per person, making the experience both affordable and meaningful.
