Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Biggins.
Hi Tiffany, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I have been in real estate for over 20-plus years, starting in Contracts for HUD and REO Bank Owned Properties.
Started with a real estate license in Indiana back in 2011, which I still hold and made my way down to GA, where the last two years I have received my Brokers license, made it to the Million Dollar Club and this past 2021 I have been awarded the Highest Volume and Units Closed award in my brokerage for New Homes Division as well as #2 from NAMAR in Highest Volume.
I have received other awards to include customer service, where I pride myself in buyer knowledge and education, and this year’s 2022 Spirit Award for longest tenure dedication and helping my peers.
Although I am truly grateful for these awards, my greatest accomplishments have come from helping buyers with home ownership, whether it be in resale or New Construction. It is very difficult to navigate the waters in this “New Market” we are in.
What people don’t know is that I come from making no more than 15 per hour at any one job, I struggled moving from place to place, I finally graduated college in 2015, got divorced and got my license here in GA all at the same time. I still struggled afterwords driving for uber until I finally found my Niche in New Construction and was afforded the opportunity to learn and get in to this part of real estate. I was given my first neighborhood where i made just over 300k and ever since, i have been able to take care of my family, bought my first home and still working to build wealth. I became a Sales Manager which is something I never thought I would be, but I gain so much joy working with and helping to cheer on my Advisors.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No it has not. As I stated, I came from living paycheck to paycheck, moving from house to house. I was married at the time and we moved to 20 different homes in 15 years of marriage. I just kept on moving, which is my motto in life, next to where there is a problem there is a solution. I live by these two things and they are what has helped me keep my dreams alive in spite of my obstacles and challenges.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am currently a Sales Manager of a New Construction Company here in GA. We are in real estate building new homes. Me personally I am more than likely most known for rallying the advisors to help them believe that they can sell in this difficult market no matter what. At least, I think so. I am a relational leader. I do not push, but I do tug a little. I am a high encourager and believe in super positivity. So when someone says there is nothing, I say yes there is, can’t you see it? They are coming in by the hundreds! lol I would call myself a builder in belief. Where one man says no, another says yes and there is a seat for every home.
What do you like and dislike about the city?
What I like least is probably the traffic like most would say, but what i love most is the diversity and the chance and opportunity it provides for both young and old to succeed. I believe this is one of the best cities that if someone needs to get started, they can come to and be successful. I also love the diversity. I am from Indiana, where you do not see alot of diversity.
