Today we’d like to introduce you to Anne – Marie Coleman.
Hi Anne – Marie, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
The Bunny Hive Roswell is a modern, welcoming space created to bring families together through connection, creativity, and community. Our mission is simple: to offer parents and little ones a space where they can learn, laugh, and grow — together.
My name is Dr. Anne-Marie Coleman, and I became the owner of The Bunny Hive Roswell in May 2025. My professional journey has always centered on health, education, and community well-being. I hold a Ph.D. in Community Health Education and Promotion and have worked extensively in healthcare and academia, where I’ve had the privilege of teaching and mentoring future public health and healthcare professionals. My work has focused on improving health outcomes, supporting families, and helping communities thrive through education and prevention.
While my career has been deeply fulfilling, my life took on new meaning when my husband of 15 years and I welcomed our miracle baby three years ago. Motherhood inspired me to seek ways to create spaces where both parents and children feel supported, connected, and valued — which led me to The Bunny Hive.
Since taking ownership, we’ve transformed the Roswell studio into a vibrant community hub. We host everything from “grown-up and me” classes and sensory play to birthday parties, family gatherings, and local partnerships that strengthen our sense of community. Every day, we witness new friendships, shared laughter, and meaningful connections that remind us why this work matters.
Outside the studio, I love spending time with my family, staying active, and exploring the beautiful parks and neighborhoods around Roswell with my son. The Bunny Hive Roswell represents the perfect blend of my passions — community, education, and family — and it’s truly a joy to watch it grow.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
always been a perfectly smooth road — but it’s been an incredibly meaningful one. When I purchased The Bunny Hive Roswell, I didn’t live in Roswell, which brought its own set of challenges. Building trust, relationships, and visibility in a new community takes time, especially when you’re balancing family life and other professional commitments.
However, what has made all the difference is the warmth and generosity of the Roswell community. From day one, local partners and organizations have truly embraced The Bunny Hive Roswell and our mission. Groups like Roswell Inc, Confetti Pop, Party Bound, and so many others have been wonderful collaborators and cheerleaders, helping us connect with local families and grow our presence in meaningful ways.
Through those partnerships and the support of our amazing members, The Bunny Hive Roswell has become more than just a studio — it’s a place where families, small businesses, and the community come together. The road hasn’t been without bumps, but every challenge has reinforced just how special this community really is.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about The Bunnyhive Roswell ?
The Bunny Hive Roswell is a modern parent-and-child social club and event studio designed to make early childhood experiences joyful, creative, and connected. We specialize in “grown-up and me” classes for babies, toddlers, and young children — everything from sensory play and music to art, movement, and storytime. Our goal is to create a calm, welcoming environment where both children and caregivers feel seen, supported, and part of a larger community.
What sets us apart is our intentional focus on connection — not just between parents and children, but between families themselves. Every class and event is thoughtfully designed to foster social interaction and emotional development in a warm, aesthetically beautiful space that feels like home. Families come for the classes, but they stay because of the relationships they build here.
In addition to our membership-based classes, we also host private events — including birthday parties, baby showers, family gatherings, and community pop-ups. Our versatile studio and covered porch make it easy to personalize any celebration, and we love partnering with local vendors like Confetti Pop and Party Bound to bring our clients’ visions to life.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of how The Bunny Hive Roswell has become a trusted, family-centered brand that truly reflects the spirit of community. We’re known for our high-quality programming, warm and inclusive atmosphere, and the genuine care we show every family who walks through our doors.
What I want readers to know is this: The Bunny Hive Roswell is more than a studio — it’s a community. It’s a place where families grow, friendships blossom, and special memories are made. Whether you’re attending your first class with your newborn or celebrating your child’s first birthday, we’re honored to be part of those milestones and moments that matter most.
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
What makes me happiest is my family. My husband, who co-owns The Bunny Hive Roswell with me, is truly the love of my life. He’s my greatest supporter and brings so much joy, balance, and laughter into my days. We’ve been married for 15 years, and sharing both life and business with him has been such a blessing.
Our son, Myles, who is now three years old, fills my world with light. He’s curious, funny, and so full of energy — every day with him reminds me to slow down, be present, and find joy in the simple things. Watching him grow, explore, and learn is one of the greatest gifts of my life.
I’m also deeply happy when I’m building community at the studio. Seeing parents connect, babies take their first steps, or little ones light up during a song or dance fills my heart. The Bunny Hive is so much more than a business to me — it’s a space where families come together, where milestones happen, and where love and learning bloom every single day.
