Daily Inspiration: Meet Money Way Vegas

Today we’d like to introduce you to Money Way Vegas.

Hi Money Way , thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I go by the name Money Way Vegas, from Jonesboro Ga (Clayco). I’m mainly a rap artist but I do more than rap. I’m a business man with many talents. What makes my brand interesting is how I’m bringing real music back to where it belongs, actual hits, club bangers, music that’s going to actually last in this industry. I come from nothing literally, my mom and dad were in the streets heavy and were in and out of prison so I was raised by the drug dealers and gangsters all my life, mostly. My aunt adopted me when I was 7 and I grew with my cousins until I was 14 that’s when my mom got custody of me again. I grew up thinking sports was my way out until I lost the love for playing it then I picked up some skills from cousins and learned how to rap ,make beats and record myself at a young age.
The rest is history and here I am. I’m currently working staying consistent with dropping music and content creation on the promo and marketing side of things. I’ve been dropping singles but it’s all gearing me up to drop my 3rd mixtape soon, definitely this year.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Road definitely hasn’t been smooth. I’m still working towards my goals as an artist but also picking up on other things to help push my vision. I go through different struggles with being a artist mainly because the industry has shifted so much and it isn’t the same but I continue to do the best I can to make my dreams come true.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m a musician. I can do it all musically. I’m known for numerous things (too much to explain). I’m most proud of the accomplishments I’ve achieved so far in this industry and my resilience. I’ll never give up until my dreams come true. What sets me apart from others is my mindset. I feel no one has the creative mind I have or the vision.

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
Yes I have my supporters and people who’ve helped me get to where I’m at but I’m not going to name them, they know who they are. I appreciate them wholeheartedly though and just pray they stay down even when we reach our goal.
