Hi Thesky, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I was born in Port-Au-Prince Haiti, and I came to the U.S. when I was 10 years old, after the earthquake in 2010. Growing up, my dad took me everywhere with him. Some of my earliest memories are waking up early on Sunday mornings to go to the junkyard for parts for whatever car he was rebuilding. I’d be outside with him all day — in the heat or the cold — handing him tools and listening to him explain what was wrong with the car and how he was fixing it. That’s where my passion for automotive work started.
A few years ago, when he lost his job, I decided to launch a mechanic business for him. Things were slow in the beginning and he eventually had to return to work, but I never gave up on the vision. I stayed patient, consistent, and committed to building something bigger. Today, that dedication is what led me to where I am now.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been easy. One of the hardest times was when I started a mechanic business for my dad after he lost his job. At first, things were really slow — clients were few, bills were piling up, and there were moments I felt like giving up. Watching him have to go back to work while I kept pushing forward was tough, but I stayed patient and consistent. Over time, the dedication paid off, and now I’m proud of how far I’ve come despite all the obstacles.

I run a mobile auto repair business where I bring the shop to you. I handle everything from routine maintenance to tricky repairs, and I make sure every job is done right the first time. What sets us apart is that clients don’t just get a mechanic — they get someone who’s honest, reliable, and maybe cracks a few car jokes along the way.
I’m proud of building a brand people trust while also keeping it fun and relatable. My goal is simple: make car ownership easier, safe, and a little less stressful — with a smile.
What do you like and dislike about the city?
What I like best: The people here are really cool, welcoming, and full of energy… at least most of the time
What I like least: I can’t lie, the traffic can be outrageous . But that’s just part of city life, and honestly, it makes me appreciate the good parts even more.
