Story & Lesson Highlights with Tiffany Sanders

We recently had the chance to connect with Tiffany Sanders and have shared our conversation below.

Tiffany, it’s always a pleasure to learn from you and your journey. Let’s start with a bit of a warmup: What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
Integrity

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Tiffany Sanders, the creative force behind Edible Dreamworks, where luxury is not just a look, but an experience.
As a luxury baker and visionary, I believe that desserts should do more than satisfy a craving, they should tell a story, evoke emotion, and create a moment worth remembering. What began as a passion for transforming simple ingredients into edible art has evolved into Edible Dreamworks, a brand defined by elegance, intentionality, and a signature touch of opulence.
At Edible Dreamworks, I specializes in elevated cakes, pastries, and curated experiences that feel indulgent, immersive, and unforgettable. From beautifully crafted custom cakes to luxury baking and decorating classes, every offering is designed to make clients feel seen, celebrated, and wrapped in beauty.
What makes Edible Dreamworks unique is I believe that cake is a luxury and luxury should feel personal. My work blends artistry with emotion, creating desserts that not only look exquisite but carry meaning. My commitment to excellence, detail, and atmosphere has positioned my brand as more than a bakery; it’s an experience of becoming, healing, and stepping into one’s higher self.
Currently, I am expanding Edible Dreamworks through exclusive luxury classes, branded experiences, and visual storytelling that reflects growth, elegance, and the journey of operating in my passion. Each project is infused with purpose, creativity, and the signature Edible Dreamworks aesthetic.
Whether it’s a dessert, an event, or an immersive class, my goal is simple:
To turn every moment into a masterpiece, one dream—and one bite—at a time. It’s truly Luxury You Can Taste.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
The part of me that has served its purpose and now must be released is the version of myself that survived by shrinking. The one who dimmed her brilliance to make others comfortable.
The one who overextended, overgave, and overperformed just to feel worthy of spaces she had already outgrown. The one who carried old narratives, old wounds, and old expectations that no longer match the woman I am becoming.
That version of me was necessary, she got me here. She learned the lessons, built the resilience, and protected the dream. But now, she has completed her assignment.
I’m releasing the part of me that settles. The part that second-guesses.
The part that thinks small, prays small, dreams small.
In her place rises a woman who honors her voice, stands in her brilliance, and walks boldly into the rooms God has prepared. A woman who no longer negotiates her worth. A woman committed to alignment, expansion, and becoming.
It’s not a loss—it’s an upgrade.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
“You don’t have to earn the right to be loved, chosen, or celebrated, your existence is already enough.”
I would tell her that she is not too much, not too sensitive, not too hopeful.
I’d remind her that her softness is strength, her dreams are divine, and her voice is worthy of being heard.
I’d let her know that the world will one day honor the very things she tried to hide.
And most of all, I would whisper:
“Keep going. The woman you become will make everything you’re carrying right now worth it.”

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My closest friends would say that what really matters to me is integrity, purpose, and how people feel in my presence. They’d say I care deeply about showing up as my authentic self, doing things the right way, even when no one is watching. They’d tell you I value relationships built on honesty, loyalty, and reciprocity, not convenience. They’d say I’m intentional about growth. That I protect my peace. That I move with meaning, not noise (unless I am celebrating them and that comes with the most noise!)
They’d also say that I care fiercely about the people I love, about their healing, their elevation, and their becoming. And that, even in my own becoming, I’m still rooted in kindness, faith, and the desire to leave people better than I found them.
In short, they’d say what matters to me is integrity, alignment, and the hearts of the people connected to me.

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. Could you give everything your best, even if no one ever praised you for it?
Yes. Absolutely. I’ve never given my best based on whether praise would follow. My effort has never been tied to applause, validation, or recognition. I give my best because it’s who I am, and because I work as though I am working for the Lord in all things.
Excellence is my offering. Integrity is my posture. And obedience is my motivation.
I know that God sees what others overlook, and He honors the work I do in private just as much as what’s done in public. That assurance is my reward. So even if no one ever praised me, I would still show up fully, give wholeheartedly, and pour out my best, because I’m doing it unto Him, not for human approval.
