Today we’d like to introduce you to Scott Mitchell.
Hi Scott, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Sweet Eleanor’s was born from a deep love of family, community, and the simple joy of sharing something sweet. Named in honor of my beloved grandmother, Eleanor Sanders, our shop is a tribute to her warmth, kindness, and the way she could make everyone feel at home with a smile and a treat.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Sweet Eleanor’s has truly been a smooth experience. I attribute this to my incredible team. I have an amazing diverse group of people that my customers have fallen in love with.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
At Sweet Eleanor’s, we believe great flavors are best enjoyed together. That’s why we proudly serve Perc Coffee, roasted in Savannah, GA. It is a perfect complement to our wide assortment of house-made desserts, creamy milkshakes, and artisanal gelato. Each sip and bite is crafted to bring people closer, spark conversations, and turn everyday moments into something memorable.
If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
I’ve always been an adventure-seeker wanting to learn and try new things. I love to experience the world with all of my senses: sights, smells, sounds. I want to experience it all.
