Hi Mary Peck and , can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Holy Grail started over coffee in Atlanta in early 2024. We were talking about our goals for the year and ended up discussing how complicated skincare had become. It felt like every routine required more steps, more products, and more time.

Our own routines had gotten overly complicated, and we realized we were probably not the only ones feeling that way. After talking with a lot of women, that turned out to be true.

So we set out to create something simpler.

When we started talking to women about their skincare routines, we kept hearing the same thing: people felt overwhelmed. There were too many products, too many steps, and a lot of conflicting advice about what you were supposed to be doing.

On one end of the spectrum were women doing nothing because it all felt like too much. On the other end were very aggressive treatments and complicated routines that not everyone wants or needs. We felt like there was space in the middle for something effective but much simpler.

That’s what we set out to build. Our focus is on clean, clinically backed formulas that work hard enough that people don’t need a complicated routine to get good results.

We’re also very intentional about how the products live in someone’s daily life. Our bottles are refillable glass because we want them to stay on someone’s vanity for years rather than being thrown away every few months.

At the core, our philosophy is pretty simple. We’re not trying to “fight aging.” We’re trying to support healthy skin over time. When the skin barrier is strong and the skin is well protected, things like tone, texture, firmness, and even the appearance of fine lines tend to improve naturally.

Instead of launching a full line right away, we started with one product that replaces several steps in a typical routine. For us, success isn’t about chasing trends. It’s about helping women build routines they can stick with for the long term.
