In the beginning, I focused on mastering the craft—learning every system, every detail, and how to communicate findings in a way that clients could actually understand and use. I wasn’t just inspecting homes; I was helping people avoid costly mistakes and feel more secure in their decisions. As my experience grew, so did my reputation for being thorough, reliable, and client-focused.

Over time, that consistency and commitment to quality helped me expand into both residential and commercial inspections, working with homebuyers, investors, and real estate professionals. Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, my journey has not been a smooth road.
Some of the struggles were the following.
