Meet Avery Sabile of Atlanta, Georgia

Today we’d like to introduce you to Avery Sabile.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I was born and raised in Gainesville, Florida and I have been playing golf since 5th grade. My high school did not have a women’s golf team, so I decided to join the men’s team working hard to play at the collegiate level. I was fortunate enough to receive a full ride golf scholarship to SCAD Atlanta and now I am a senior studying User experience Design and in the summer going to intern at the PGA Tour Superstore working with developers on the design side. Aside from golf, I became a UGC Creator 3 months ago creating engaging videos about my life as a collegiate athlete and my love for skincare since it is the most important part of my daily routine. Creating fun videos on my social media is a way for me to express myself and to create a community. My dedication to my social media resulted in creating a video for my university and collaborating with many brands like Edikted, Cider, Beginning Boutique, COSRX, and Bubble.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I had to take breaks from tournaments in high school for a bit to focus on my mental health, but that break made me come back stronger.

Starting my social media journey I wanted to start way earlier, but had the fear of being made fun of or bullied and anxious about what others will say since I dealt with people making fun of me in grade school.

I decided 2026 was going to be my new year to start my social media journey and I was not going to care what other people say, because this is what makes me happy.

Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
My favorite childhood memory was winning the National American Miss Florida Title in 2018 at 13 years old.
