Today we’d like to introduce you to Confession Kids.

Hi Confession, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
We’re a folk punk band from FL on tour through Atlanta!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
We’re on day 4 as of writing this, and honestly it’s been lovely so far! We had a small issue with our van’s gas line, but we resolved it pretty quickly! All in all, everyone we’ve met has been kind and accommodating 🙂

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
We’re a folk punk band! Our songs are snarky and socially-minded, with a groove you can dance to.

In addition to being on tour, stopping in Atlanta on 04/17, we just released our first album, “Go Outside”. It’s a culmination of several years of work, and we’re quite proud of it. You can find it anywhere you listen to music.

What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
We dislike the Atlanta police department and their repressive actions against Stop Cop City activists. We dislike the tearing down of sacred forest for a city no one will live in, which will only bring more suffering to the people of your beautiful city in the trees.

We love that Atlanta has a vibrant and thriving network of people doing everything they can to look out for one another in the face of overwhelming odds. Their wins are wins for people everywhere.

Also the food is good and the traffic is bad
