Today we’d like to introduce you to Nithin Ramachandra.

Hi Nithin , it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started The NR Hour six years ago during Covid which is now called Nithins Sports Rush. Doing interviews on Instagram live with athletes, reporters, influencers, writers, entrepreneurs and entertainment people. This started to grow but it took some time that had a lot of ups and downs . Luckily I have an amazing support system starting with my parents, younger brother, 9 mentors that I have and a strong networking base that I built over the years in this Sports Industry.

Now I am a Vice President Partner Of Nations Best NIL Dream Team Company with CEO Bob Smith.

I am also the PR and Manager for this Show called NYS Sports Loud Mouth Show with former New York Jet Quinton Coples.

I am a Entrepreneur, CEO, Podcaster, writer

And also a Talent Agent now

I am the type of person that never gives up on my passion, says yes to every opportunity, make new connections, be a fantastic leader and Etc.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t been a smooth road with a lot of uncertainty for sure but like I said I have a big support system around me that helps me out. I want to mention our friend Molly Ruland and her team who rebranded The NR Hour To Nithins Sports Rush, they are the best as I saw this show grow quicker with better numbers, viewership, graphics and Etc.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am a Jack of all trades in the Sports Industry

CEO, Entrepreneur, Writer, Podcaster, Talent Agent, Event Host, Vice President, Partner, Great Networker and Etc.

I am known for being a hustler, persistent, taking advantage of every opportunity, meeting new people, keeping the connections that I have already, everyone loves my energy, I am out going, get along with people easily, team leader and helping out the community

I am also part of a few foundations, we do a lot of charity events.

I am proud of being at two Superbowls, getting featured on News 12 New Jersey, a few other magazines, Fanatics Fest, hosting events, show growth and Etc.

What does success mean to you?
I define success by not giving up on your passion, utilizing every resource you have, making great networking opportunities, have mentors, build your own brand, take criticism, keeping pushing and things will come.
