Hi Shar’kerian, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Well if we are going back I would start at 5 but that’s a story for another day. My real journey to being as a entrepreneur was In 2017 when I was working for allied universal at the time my son was passing away in icu but I was back and forth my wife was also in the hospital after giving birth that was a tough time jumping from hospitals back to work, my wife called one day and told me our son was passing that day and I should come say my final goodbye. So I called my supervisor to let him know that today is my sons final day he responded “are you sure this is the last day we can’t keep filling your shift” I had to answer with a yes as hard as it was but those words stuck with me because that day was my sons final day, I got stuck in my phone and I talked with god a lot and I knew I never wanted anyone to go through those types of things I wanted to help people so I let go of the wheel and let god control wherever he took me so in 2019 I got into a accident which injured me for a while which also the pandemic hit at the same time, I knew I had to do something so I but majority of my savings into building my first business black and more tree which was meant to be a all in one service a pre model of what LUXORIA Royal LLC is today, I started doing lawns then landscaping then security then handyman and preservation I learned a lot of skills a lot of new skills self taught though youtube university and tough lessons, my goal was to always learn the hard way so I can teach others how to get through tough times, I then learned how to make money on a 6 figure scale doing multiple services in different markets I learned different industry structures, i learned how to make deals and how to sale on corporate levels I’ve helped businesses grow I’ve inspired others I’ve pushed brands and structured companies I’ve changed people personal lives aswell it always brings me joy to see a smile on people face, I’m a passionate person so I make sure everything I do I do it with a smile what got me here today was my clients experiences and mine aswell being a businessman entrepreneur is a career that’s loved with a passion it’s the falls that teach you and it’s your will that get you through those tough times

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Oh god no it has not been a smooth road at all, you see things you Experience things you sympathize with people your around. A struggle I would say ive personally experienced being a entrepreneur is the loss of people and time while your building, your trying to create something for yourself and others but for some reason it always seems like there is a clock in your face and people get impatient, and you just hope they hold on long enough to make it while your building…but that’s all apart of growth

We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
I’ll tell anyone “Don’t think about it just do it” I consider myself a risk taker I have to challenge myself to walk the other path because I’m curious even if it hurts how will you know what true pain is or what’s waiting for you on the other side the question isn’t what’s waiting for you on the other side it’s are you ready for whatever is on the other side. I’ll share this one story changed my life, my wife and I had just got evicted from our home and we lived with my mom for a whole year, I spoke with god and he made something clear and that was to just keep moving, I didn’t have much money but I had to find a source of income I have $150 in my account when I came across a service where I can bid on contracts but it cost $150 which was all I had left I had to buy diapers I had to buy things for my family while we were at my moms, I spoke with my wife about the opportunity and she told me to go for it so I did I spent our last I had 5 opportunities to win a contract I called the first three leads and I struck out I was nervous doubt started creeping in I had my last two chances so I called and I landed a 4k contract I was excited I called the next and I won a 5k contract I won 9k in a single hr off $150 it changed my life I still do it to this day I’ve climbed to the $1million threshold this year 2026
