Daily Inspiration: Meet Millania Latham

Today we’d like to introduce you to Millania Latham.

Hi Millania, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Im 19 years old and ive been through and insanely crazy ride throughout this life so far. My life moves very fast I grew up in a pretty broken family and moved out at 18. Since then ive been in an abusive relationship, have lived with my drug addict brother and had to cut him and my mother off, ive experienced homelessness, began enlisting in the navy. But through it all, i found music. And with writing songs i found my everlasting happiness one day. March 25 2025 i wrote my first song and i was a natural, i began writing songs and i do that all day everyday. Im climbing up the levels of music faster than i ever thought i would even step on the first cloud.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Men, family, school, people.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
Im an artist. Im not just a music artist like most others. Im a dancer first. Im a creator. Im most proud of my ambitions as a creator. I wanna do it all. And i do. I model, sing, rap, dance, and what sets me apart from others is that i have the passion and obsession for the game/art instead of the desire for fame and riches.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing up i was sometimes very loud and bubble and sometimes shy. Nowadays I like to be authentic and lets my outgoing bubbly and curious personality show out but growing up i was often ridiculed and pushed into my shell but i learned how to treat my own soul with care.
