Conversations with Norman Wakefield

Today we’d like to introduce you to Norman Wakefield.

Hi Norman, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started on the Maury Show, not being the father of a young girls baby it broke my heart. Maury turned around and gave me my own dating show cause I was the first person with the most fan mail. After that, I became a model and actor being on sets with the greatest celebrities. Within acting I wanted to do more so I became a R&B singer to help bring love back into homes to show our children love exists. I’m touring the world bringing fans great music. I was recently in a terrible car accident that almost took my life breaking my leg in five different places and knocking me unconscious it caused me not to be able to fully walk but with therapy I’m up and back outside.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t been smooth at one point I went and got a job, but then I realized I’ve never had time for me and nobody appreciated the things I was doing for them. I lost myself after my bad car accident and never thought I’ll perform again and for a moment I met this cool manager Bosslady Ace who told me “don’t give up” “keep reaching for the stars”she’s always pushed me to become the best and pushed me to my max to prove no matter good or bad I can still accomplish anything.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I love being seen on TV, I was recently on Queens Court Season 2, Fatal Attraction, The Game Series and in the past Law And Order. Right now I’m enjoying being on stage in front of millions of people the fans make me feel needed and I love being of part of helping and changing lives with my stories in my music. What sets me apart from others is that I live in my true, I’m finally at a point I’m at peace and still enjoy what I do. I’m a leader and not a follower cause I have to set examples for my children so they know what’s right or wrong.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
My children makes me happy just having them as supporters and to see their smiles brightens my day
