Daily Inspiration: Meet Zazyloge Chensritong

Today we’d like to introduce you to Zazyloge Chensritong.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Growing up, I always knew I loved the arts and the different ways to express myself. In high school, I was a stage manager for 4 years, and coming into college, I wanted to focus on film production, but I ended up doing a 180 and stepping fully into STEM and psychology research. However, to keep myself sane and allow an outlet for my creativity, I started my small business with my Mother, called Zazy Zoetic. Initially, this began in August of 2025 because I saw an Instagram story from my friend complaining about her nails, which she had just gotten done at a nail salon, and how dissatisfied she was. She was about to go on a vacation, and I offered for her to come over to my house so I could fix up her nails for free because I had been missing doing people’s nails. I had started experimenting with and learning nail art and skills during quarantine; however, my parents were extremely averse to the intense smells associated with working with acrylics. Luckily, as the nail industry has developed, more products have been debuted that allow me to re-explore this side of art.
Ever since posting that set I did for my friend, I have had multiple people contact me and ask me if I was getting back into doing nails again. However, I am not a licensed technician, so I had to find ways for me to still pursue this path, and luckily I found the magical world of handmade press-on nails. I was also blessed to have a mother who is equally creative in the jewelry aspect. She currently works at America’s Mart at Golden Dragon in building three. Most of her clientele has been people getting married and others looking for high-end pearls and gemstones, and I wanted to help her expand the love of pearls as well and show that they do not have to cost an arm in the leg for one to still enjoy this natural beauty. Creating Zazy Zoetic has been a wonderful opportunity to allow myself and my mother to explore new designs that reach new populations of people who have felt inaccessible to Luxurious products such as pearls.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
To be honest, I believe that the road has probably been smoother for most, especially given that I have been blessed with a wonderful support system and people who are willing to help invest in this business with me. However, I believe the struggle of trying to run a small business while being a full-time student working as a research assistant at the same time posed more struggles than anticipated. One of the largest difficulties I faced was finding different markets to sell at that were within my budget range, as well as ones that would offer clear organizational help and support. I see multiple markets that come up in Atlanta, and I wish I were able to afford the vendor fees because I believe that the payback would be worth it; however, every single time it feels like a gamble.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Starting off, I specialize in handmade press-on nails. These are the sides of my business where I personally am involved, and the person creating the product, while the jewelry is made by my mother. In the big 2026, everyone is starting to turn towards press-on nails, which means I have much competition to consider. However, I made my press on nails with people who work within the food industry and the healthcare industry in mind. Zazy Zoetic Press-on nails are made with a layer of Builder gel to ensure strength and reusability; furthermore, the Builder gel is applied in a way that creates thin sidewalls and a built Apex. I specifically wanted to create an all-inclusive press-on nail business design. There are options for different lengths of nails, from short to the skin to even 4 inches longer than your finger, to also increase the level of size diversity. I use nail tips that come in 15 different sizes, which is three more than the industry standard for nail tips. Due to more tip size variability, I have been able to create sizes XS to XL to ensure everyone is accommodated. I also enjoy doing 3d hand sculpted decorations for designs, allowing those who have always wanted to get those Instagram-level nails to have a local option that won’t break their bank.
