Today we’d like to introduce you to Emmanuella Takem.

Hi Emmanuella, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey began with a genuine love for fashion during my college years. What started as a personal interest gradually became something much bigger. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I found myself navigating one of the more challenging periods of my life, and instead of allowing those circumstances to define me, I chose to pour my energy into building something meaningful. In many ways, I turned pain into purpose—and ultimately into profit—not just for myself, but for those around me as well.
As I continued to grow, I realized my vision extended beyond fashion itself. I wanted to create value, inspire confidence, and positively impact people on a larger scale. That commitment led me to opportunities to collaborate with top designers in the beauty and fashion industry.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It’s not been too smooth but nothing worthwhile isn’t without challenges. I remember battling with the thought of quitting multiple times during these years. I was met with some forms of anxiety and depression, discouragement and lack of motivation from time to time. There were phases where I went through severe burnout to the point where it would affect my self image and my relationships. But I have come to a point where success has become my lifestyle and a none negotiable, not just for me but for my bloodline including people all around the world.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a global influencer and fashion model. I fell in love with runway walking in my late teens and decided to take a dive at creating fashion and life style videos to share with the world ever since. I specialize in styling people of all backgrounds, I am open to learning what works for whom and how to better accommodate confidence plus uniqueness in an unapologetic manner. I am most proud of my personal growth journey as an entrepreneur from just creating fun videos to working with top houses like Prada, to being invited to speak at campus conferences, and even being featured in my university’s magazine corner as a fashion icon.
I’d say what sets me apart is my pride in knowing that there’s no one out there like me and I am bold enough to fully express who I was sent here to be. My mindset, my principles and boundaries regarding certain belief will never be compromised during my journey of success. I am easily adaptable and take bold unconventional steps if it’s in my highest good.

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
My biggest supporters after God are my mother and father. They always tell me I can do all things with excel & love. They always think the best of me which leads me to see myself as the best. My mom has been my life long mentor, especially when it comes to being mentally strong, showing me the benefits of consistent, the fruits and opportunities that self love brings. Some companion as friends have also been bridges to me landing wonderful opportunities which I am eternally grateful for. My family members like my sisters have also been of great help anyway they can.
