Meet Gabe Lustman of Atlanta

Today we’d like to introduce you to Gabe Lustman.

Hi Gabe, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I always had a passion for singing, songwriting, and entertaining from early age I sang inquire I sang at church I took private vocal lessons and saying for the elderly at nursing homes and the disabled at different youth programs in school it all started in 2006 after dropping out of high school I got right into the recording studio in a little apartment in Plymouth, Minnesota by the summer I had found myself opening up for Chris Brown and cherish monster crowd erupted of 10,000 streaming Breezy fans I knew that was it for me and that I would never do anything else fast forward 20 years. I’m still doing what I love and I haven’t missed a beat. I get up every day and it feels the same as the first time I ever hopped on the microphone or performed in front of a handful of people.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road. I don’t think anybody who’s had. Any kind of success would say otherwise losing my father was one of the toughest things and moving an uprooting from Minneapolis to move to Atlanta with nothing not knowing anybody just a shirt on my back and a duffel bag full of wrinkly, dirty clothes I had to forge away try to make a name for myself in a big city of the unknown

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a Singer Songwriter entertainer and influencer I’m known from my loud personality lighting up a room my work ethic in and out of the studio and my melodies and harmonies in the studio. I’m proud of my ability to bounce back when others would fold my drive to fight for success, no matter what it looks like to others. I’m proud of that and I take pride which sets me apart from others is that I have a heart of gold, no matter what the world throw at me, my morals and values don’t waiver has Jade as people can make you. I still try to look out for others when I can, and I’ll give the Shirtoff my back for the next man whether I got it or not that’s what says me apart from others and I’m proud of that.

How do you define success?
I used to think success was a fixed pinnacle or attached to something of monetary value but nowadays, I look at success like this if I can do something I love and make a living at it and help others in the process and be free what more can I ask for. I used to hate punching a clock and having Joe Blow kind of bosses tell me what to do and talk shit to me. Absolutely hated it. I think if you could be a entrepreneur and make a living at that doing something you love that’s my definition of success.
