Meet Alexis Greene of Classy and Confident Esthetics

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexis Greene.

Hi Alexis, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Beauty has always been a part of who I am, but more than anything, I’ve always been passionate about helping people feel confident. While building a career in veterinary medicine, I spent my free time doing lashes and makeup because I loved seeing the confidence it gave people. What started as a creative outlet quickly became something I genuinely loved, and I knew I wanted to take that passion even further.

That led me to esthetics school, where I discovered a true passion for skincare. As I learned how to address some of my own skin concerns, including hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone, I realized skincare was about so much more than appearance, it has the power to restore confidence and change the way people see themselves.

As my beauty business continued to grow, I realized it was no longer just a side hustle, it had become my purpose. I took a leap of faith, became a licensed esthetician, and founded Classy and Confident Esthetics, where my mission is to create a space where every client feels beautiful, confident, and cared for.

Looking back I realize my purpose never changed, it simply evolved. Whether I was caring for animals or helping someone feel confident in their own skin, my goal has always been the same: to help others feel cared for, empowered, and seen.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Entrepreneurship definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Leaving a stable career to pursue my passion full-time was one of the biggest leaps of faith I’ve ever taken. Like many entrepreneurs, I’ve experienced slow seasons, moments of self-doubt, and the challenge of building a business from the ground up while balancing motherhood and everyday life.

Those seasons taught me to trust the process, stay consistent, and keep showing up even when the results weren’t immediate. I’ve learned that growth doesn’t happen overnight, and some of the greatest lessons come during the hardest seasons. Every obstacle has made me stronger, and today I’m grateful for the journey because it shaped not only the business I’ve built, but the woman I’ve become.

At Classy and Confident Esthetics, I believe beautiful results begin with personalized care. I specialize in corrective skincare, customized facial treatments, and lash services, with every experience tailored to each client’s unique goals. My focus is helping clients achieve real, lasting results while making sure they feel educated, supported, and confident every step of the way.

What sets my business apart is the level of care and intention behind every service. I believe beautiful results start with listening, educating, and creating personalized treatment plans rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

For me, luxury isn’t just about the service it’s about how people feel from the moment they walk through the door until long after they leave. I want every client to leave feeling cared for, confident, and comfortable in their own skin.

One of the things I love most about Atlanta is the opportunity. It’s a city full of entrepreneurs, creatives, and people who inspire you to dream bigger. Building my business here has connected me with incredible people and opportunities that have played a huge role in my journey.

If I had to choose one thing I’d change, it would definitely be the traffic! But overall, Atlanta has been an amazing place to grow my business, and I’m excited to see where the journey takes me next.
