Today we’d like to introduce you to Michelle C.

Michelle, tell us about how Kissable Lips Cosmetics got started.

Kissable Lips Cosmetics started off as an online store selling products such as eyebrow powders, eyeshadows, highlighters, and lipgloss, then later expanded the product brand to a full line of cosmetics including skin care, eyeshadows, lipgloss, foundations, highlighters, lipsticks, lashes, and more. Kissable Lips Cosmetics was founded in 2000, and put online in 2005, The first store was established in 2006 at Shannon Mall. From Shannon, we’ve moved to the Riverdale area, and now have found our home in Jonesboro, and have been in the Jonesboro location for 9 years.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road has not always been smooth, but with every bump, it has been a learning experience of what to do and what not to do.

Kissable Lips Cosmetics – what else should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
Kissable Lips Cosmetics is a cosmetic line & retail store that specializes in Make Up Artistry, Eyebrow Arching, Make Overs , Skin Care, lashes, and waxing. We are also the creators of the Fantasy Make Up Competition. We specialize in Eyebrow Arching & Makeovers, As well as the Flawless N Fifteen Make Over, We understand that everyone wants to feel beautiful but doesn’t necessarily have hours to spend with you to be beautiful, so we have mastered the flawless n fifteen make over which is also a class that we teach and have how to DVD’s for the woman that is on the go, that still wants to look Flawless but doesn’t want to spend her whole day with you to achieve that flawless look she desires. Our most recent achievement was the creation of our very own mink lash line, “Wink&Kiss” mink lashes by Kissable Lips Cosmetics, “The Wink that guarantee’s a Kiss”. Kissable Lips Cosmetics is geared towards the woman you are, whether you are the daring diva, the classic lady, or the what’s trendy type, we have products that will satisfy every personality.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
My proudest moment thus far has been securing the position of Wanda Smiths of V-103 Key Make-Up Artist for over 10years plus now, she has opened up a lot of doors which have created a lot of opportunities for my business.
