Brielle Hamilton of Gwinnett on Life, Lessons & Legacy

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Brielle Hamilton. Check out our conversation below.

Hi Brielle , thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
How you start the day is so important.
My current morning routine came together about a two months ago.
Just in time before school started for my daughter.

Everyday is not perfect.
I do the same 4 things before my day really gets going. I check these off on a huge white board hanging in my kitchen.

1. Meditation
2. Tea
3. Workout
4. Audios

The first 90 minutes of my day looks like:

[4:00am-5:00am] – Wake up
Gratitude + self talk
[5:30am] – Get dressed, drink hot herbal tea + journal
[6:00am] – Meditation, Stretch/Headstands + workout.
[7:15am] – wake my girls.
[8:00am] – Listen to audio books while the rest of my morning flows with homeschooling my oldest, painting, cleaning, cooking or networking on social media for my business.

I know that was longer than 90 minutes however, my morning routine is just an example of how I’ve learned to manage my time. If I wake up late, I can assure you that I still do these things regardless.

Following my routine, in this exact order every morning has become like a ritual. I need this space of awareness & productivity before my kids wake at 7am.
Otherwise, my day will feel scattered even if I try to follow my calendar.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Brielle “Relly Jade” — Artist | Entrepreneur | Wellness Advocate
Originally from a small town just outside of Pittsburgh, PA, Brielle—also known as Relly Jade—is a multifaceted creative, wife, and mother of three, balancing the beautiful chaos of motherhood with her passion-driven businesses.

As a painter, she’s steadily expanding her presence in the art community, building her brand, and learning the ropes of passive income with the goal of retiring within the next 1–2 years. Her art is not just an expression, but a cornerstone of her entrepreneurial vision.

Relly is also the founder of a health and wellness brand “Get Relly Fit” , inspired by her own journey—having successfully lost and maintained her weight after three pregnancies. She now empowers other postpartum women, and anyone seeking a healthier lifestyle, with motivational fitness content, supplement guidance, and practical wellness tips.

Her mission is clear: grow her art, grow her network, and help others grow into their healthiest, most fulfilled selves.

Her favorite hobbies are salsa dancing, and recording music.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
There’s a number of moments really,
On that sticks out the most is when I was given a book.

A book so powerful that shifted my entire perspective on life. Sparked my spiritual journey and so much more.
Makes me wonder how I’d be today,
if I never read it.

Sometime between 2015-2016 I was given the book “The Power Of Now” by Eckhart Tolle from a creative in Atlanta.
A guy I was casually dating at the time thought I was crazy, speaking a bunch of spiritual nonsense.
( that relationship ended quickly lol)

My understanding of life really grew after I read that. I ended up reading all of his books and really took more time to learn more about myself.
-still learning…

I’d recommend that book to anyone who is looking for a start, to see the world differently.

When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
I thought I experienced pain before being a mom. I know many can relate how motherhood comes with so much,
During pregnancy and after, you feel everything!

I internalized my feelings numerous of times. That’s where fitness really became a beacon of light for me to channel my pain into something positive.
As I continued to face my own challenges, fitness kept me going, sharp, sexy and confident…regardless of my adversity.

Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Is the public version of you the real you?
Absolutely.

Filter or no filter.
I show up as myself every time.
I think it’s a become a skill at this point.

Over the years, I’ve grown my self worth and value. I am not God, to ever judge anyone however, building good character and how I treat others is important to me.
What I do, is all I can control.

Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. What do you understand deeply that most people don’t?
The importance of proper time management.

I’m not perfect with my schedule & daily routine, however I practice every single day to master myself and strive to be 1% better than yesterday.

We have to be more intentional with everything we do in life, with a sense of urgency…knowing that tomorrow is not promised.

And the power of forgiveness.
My mother taught me at a young age, how to forgive.
It’s been a long road of learning but I’m here.

We all need to learn how to love & forgive people who mistreat us ANYWAYS.
