Check Out Lemuel Moreno’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lemuel Moreno.

Hi Lemuel , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started ATL Mixers after noticing a gap in the event industry plenty of bartenders could “pour drinks,” but very few teams delivered true hospitality. I’ve always been passionate about people, service, and creating moments so I built a mobile bar company focused on a white glove experience from start to finish.

What began as small private events quickly grew through word-of-mouth. Clients didn’t just want cocktails they wanted professionalism, a clean setup, a confident team, and a bar that felt elevated. We refined our process: customized drink menus, shopping lists, premium presentation, and a polished staff that blends into high end venues while still bringing great energy.

Today, ATL Mixers serves weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, and city celebrations across Georgia. Whether it’s signature cocktails for a wedding or mocktails for a quinceañera, our goal is the same: make every guest feel taken care of and turn the bar into an experience people remember.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Not always. In the beginning, getting events was one of the hardest parts. I was calling venues every day, introducing our services, following up, and most of the time I wouldn’t get a response at all. It took a lot of patience, consistency, and confidence to keep going even when it felt like nothing was moving.

Another challenge was building the right team and scaling without losing quality. Our brand depends on professionalism and real hospitality not just “pouring drinks.” Learning to handle last-minute changes, venue requirements, and unpredictable timelines also pushed us to create better systems and communication.

Those early struggles helped shape ATL Mixers into what it is today more organized, more consistent, and focused on delivering an elevated experience every single time.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
What we’re known for is the way we make people feel on there special day. Anyone can serve a drink, but we focus on hospitality, presentation, and smooth execution. We guide clients through the process with clear communication, custom shopping lists based on guest count, and drink menus tailored to their event vibe-so they don’t feel stressed or lost.

What I’m most proud of is building a brand that’s grown through word-of-mouth and repeat clients because of consistency and quality. We’ve raised the standard for what mobile bartending can look like, and we treat every event like it matters because it does. That attention to detail and guest-first mindset is what truly sets ATL Mixers apart. We pay close attention to every little detail down to the editable flowers that are used for garnish on drinks to the glassware, what really sets us apart is focusing on every little thing.

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Something surprising most people don’t know is how humble our start was. In the beginning, we showed up to our first events with a folding table we bought at Walmart. And for two early events, we actually had to borrow a bar one of our first clients was kind enough to lend it to us.

Those moments shaped our mindset: keep showing up, stay professional, and reinvest in quality. Little by little we upgraded our setup, built our systems, and grew ATL Mixers into the polished, white glove experience people know today.
