Today we’d like to introduce you to Morgan Gore.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Eleven years ago I realized photography was something I was very interested in, dabbling around outside and with close friends to test the waters. It didn’t take long before I realized photography was something I was truly passionate about. My love for photography grew more and more over a couple years, I then took the leap for it to become my full time career. Now, eight years later my love for it still burns strong, still growing and learning and determined to continue. Every session big or small brings me such a joy. Capturing all of the moments in so many peoples life is truly such a blessing.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road was definitely not always a smooth one, second guessing every little detail, overthinking, and the burnout definitely are never easy. Art is such a beautiful thing, something that motivates you to keep pushing through it all in such an expressive manner.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Primarily being a wedding photographer these days, but formally capturing so many precious little babies I have photographed so many different life events in so many lives. My ability to adapt in each session, being personable and truly making people feel beautiful. Each session whether it be a family, a wedding, or even my fun full of life seniors and everything in between, I value and adore every single one of them. Something I will never take lightly is the fact that people choose me to capture their biggest steps and moments in life.
How do you think about happiness?
Honestly, my children and my husband. They are my biggest motivators and supporters, always asking how my sessions or weddings went, always encouraging me to keep going, complimenting my work and telling me how great I am. They may never know how truly thankful I am for them. The toughest of days they keep me going.
Aside from them, the beach, the mountains, any place outdoors that makes me feel free and revived with the biggest breaths of air! It’s so refreshing!
