Community Highlights: Meet Alicia Sydnor of Eleven30 Financial Group

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alicia Sydnor.

Hi Alicia, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hello I’m Alicia, owner of Eleven30 Financial Group. I’m a mother and wife, I am Board Certified in Credit Repair and a registered Tax Professional as well as a self published author.   I first started out in 2013 with fixing my own credit and then I went on to fixing friends. I didn’t charge because I was just doing it to obtain a higher score; at the time, I wasn’t interested in running a credit business. I was running an online boutique called Elegant Brats and although it was making me money, it wasn’t taking off the way I hoped so I ended up relocating full time to Atlanta in 2015 when I landed a position as an assistant and office manager at a Tax office unbeknownst to me a few years later I would be the owner of my very own tax and credit business.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I would be lying if I said it was a smooth road because it wasn’t. At the time, when I decided to move forward and fully focus on opening my own business, I was going through an extremely difficult time in my life. And it was like no matter what, I just couldn’t seem to get ahead. I was barely surviving but I was determined not to work for anyone else. So I said to myself, “hey, no matter what happens, you have to keep going” and that’s exactly what I did. There were so many days that I just wanted to throw the towel in and go back to a guaranteed paycheck so that I could support my family but something in me just wouldn’t allow it. I was truly over helping other people start and run their companies.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I self-published a book titled Luxury Thinking which can be purchased on Amazon and I’ve created a yearly planner called The Get Shit Done Planner. I specialize in helping clients, both consumers and businesses, repair and build credit as well as prepare their income taxes. The thing that sets me apart from other companies is that I’m very personable with all of my clients.

I actually communicate and have spoken to every client that my business provides a service to. I would say Brand wise I’m most proud of creating The Get Shit Done Planner because it was something I’ve never done before so to see something that I’ve created from start to finish and see it all come together was very surreal to me. I want your readers to know that Eleven30 Financial Group will be a household name with offices coming to several states in the near future and we will be offering all of our amazing services and providing other people opportunities to start their own business as well. And for all consumers, we have a variety of services ranging from credit repair, tax preparation and notary public that we offer to the public. We assist clients in all 50 states so check out our website www.eleven30fg.com and feel free to order your copy of Luxury Thinking and The Get Shit Done Planner; you won’t be disappointed.

Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
We are currently looking for people who would like to learn the credit and tax business and start their own companies. I will be going on a tour to several different cities for my first annual Money Magnet Tax Tour where I’ll be teaching taxes from start to finish so be on the lookout.
