I’m Eshan Ravuri — a 24-year-old entrepreneur, designer, and the founder of Ice Dazzle, a lab-grown gemstone jewelry brand that’s redefining luxury. I’ve always been obsessed with innovation — not just in tech, but in culture, design, and how brands tell stories. We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?

Truthfully, this isn’t some polished co-founder story anymore. It’s not about “us.” It’s about me — Eshan Ravuri. I turned 24 this February, and I’m the founder, engine, and heartbeat of Ice Dazzle.
The brand started as a shared vision between me and someone I once considered ride-or-die. We poured in our own money, made insane sacrifices, and told ourselves we’d see this through no matter what. But not everyone who starts the race finishes it. Weeks after swearing loyalty to Ice Dazzle, that person bailed — walked away emotionally, then came back with lawyers, trying to reclaim an investment he willingly abandoned. That was a turning point. The dream didn’t die — it evolved. It became mine.
From that moment on, I had a choice: fold or go all-in. I chose the latter. No safety net. No co-pilot. Just conviction.
I bootstrapped the hell out of this company. Learned how to grow diamonds. Built a supply chain from scratch. Partnered with factories that initially laughed me off. Studied branding, manufacturing, storytelling, designing user experiences, customer psychology — because when you’re solo, you have to be multi-dimensional.
Ice Dazzle isn’t just a jewelry brand — it’s a movement. I’m not here to follow outdated rules. I’m here to flip the game.
