Today we’d like to introduce you to Jennifer Oliver

Hi Jennifer, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
The Medical Spot started as The Medical Hubb In 2020. We originally started as a Mobile IV Hydration Clinic & Covid testing from the trunk of my car! People who were Covid Positive received in home care from our practice. We serviced Locust Grove to Kennesaw during this time.

As a solo business owner and operator at this time the demand took a toll on my health. At this time, I honestly thought the way I felt was a direct reflection of my workload, but in actuality, it was the unknown diagnosis of being a type two diabetic and having high blood pressure.

At this point in my career, I decided to open my first location in Fayetteville, Georgia with opening this location my services crew to Medical Weight Loss, IV Hydration & Aesthetic services.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road had some bumps!. The first struggle was trademark issues with the original name that was created by myself. In the midst of my business growing I had 30 days to change the name & re-brand! In addition, after growing our social media presence at 5000 followers our accounts were hacked and closed!

The next bump in the road involved the death of family members to Covid-19 & my mother who is now a two time survivor of breast cancer being diagnosed as well. The point of wanting to give up was at an all time high..But God said you are not done yet.

We’ve been impressed with The Medical Spot,, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

Many places tell you about the service, but I am proof of our service works with over 56 pounds down & no longer a Diabetic since 2023.

In addition to Medical Weight Loss, we continue to offer IV Hydration with a specialty in Post Bariatric Surgery clients, Liquid Lipo Fat Dissolve Therapy and Botox.

We are expanding to open a second location in Charlotte, NC in 2025!

A lot of people do not know my love of carnival in the Caribbean community. I have attended carnival over the past 15 years, in and out of the United States. My favorite music is Soca followed by Reggae.
