Tamara, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
December 30th, 2017, is when my journey began. My life changed for my two children and me. We lost my child’s father to gun violence it was something I never thought that I could handle but here I am. I wouldn’t say that’s the day I knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur but that day changed my life. As time passed by and as I was going through my grievance process, some days were better than others, of course, I would always remember how my child’s father would tell me I doubt myself and I needed to take myself more serious when it came to my dreams and my passion. So June of 2019, I decided to give myself a shot and invest in myself and this vision I put to the side for along time. So I started The Hause of Allure. Specializing in Quality Mink Lashes & Lip Gloss.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Becoming an entrepreneur, I don’t think will be easy for anyone. You have to make sure your consistent and focused. Starting out, I got great feedback and repeated customers, which is great really, no negative feedback was given! I think my biggest struggle was the consistency piece you have to make sure you stay consistent across the board, whether it’s posting content engaging with customers and person and online, just getting your face and your brand out there consistently was missing for me. I think I learned that regardless of your getting a lot of feedback or not to keep going and don’t get discouraged.

We’ve been impressed with The Hause of Allure, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
The Hause of Allure Specializes in 3D Mink Lashes & Lip Glosses Cbd infused. We are known for having the best quality mink lashes, reusable up to 10 times with proper care. Lip Glosses we have CBD Infused and non-CBD infused. The CBD infused glosses are a hit. No they don’t get you high or have thc in them, lol but they help moisturize your lips, helps with anxiety and gives you calmness. We have delivery and we ship around the US as well. We will soon be offering lash extension services to our customers and plan to take this to the next level adding more beauty services for our clients.
