Hi Trevor, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I am Trevor James and have been an active Forex, Futures, Equities, Options and Crypto trader and investor since 2008. Having had exposure to a range of different asset classes allowed me to identify which asset classes and strategies best fit my goal of achieving consistent profits. I am well-versed in technical, fundamental, and sentiment analysis, which I utilize in my trading and investing.
I am the founder and CEO of T. James & Co., (www.tjamesandco.com), a global proprietary trading firm headquartered in Atlanta that trades all major asset classes. Also, the founder of Boss Traders, which was founded to help more people reach financial freedom through savvy investment in the capital markets.
As the head trader of Boss Traders, I understand how stressful trading and investing can be if you don’t have the right knowledge and tools. It’s for that reason, through my experiences, failures, and success, I decided to found Boss Traders in order to help people like you to become better traders and investors. I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
The capital markets, every day, provides new opportunities for traders and investors to navigate through. You can learn to trade from the school of hard knocks, but that takes a long time and normally a lot of capital and stress, or you can learn from a seasoned professional. My trading knowledge and experience came from the first. As a self-taught trader, there have been a lot of highs and lows. In the beginning, it was tough because I didn’t have a mentor, so I had to figure out how to navigate the capital markets on my own. In the process, there was a lot of stress, late nights, and hard earned income loss to the market. All that being said, I wouldn’t change my journey because it taught me to be patient and resilient.
