Daily Inspiration: Meet Sudnat Studios

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sudnat Studios. Them and their team share their story with us below:

Kandus & Natalie met in 2019 while vending at an art market when the two instantly hit it off. Both had a love of all things beer & art, so they decided to combine their passions and talents to create a community that would bring together like-minded creative people and artists. Sudnat Studios was founded in 2021 and is thrilled to bring you fun events of all kinds in the coming years!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road has definitely been anything but smooth- it feels like there is no perfect road map or recipe to starting a small business. The forms, accounts, taxes, & more all feel like they’re just hoops to jump through when you can so clearly see your future & goals in front of you. It is a lot to keep up with, but we are thankful that we have each other as a support system. Our dynamic due has kept our dream alive & we don’t think we could maintain our current pace without the partnership we share.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
We specialize in hosting events, spotlighting Atlanta artists & happenings, sharing info on community outreaches and promoting all things local. We want to build the Atlanta art scene & provide a safe place for people of all kinds. Our proudest achievement is the amazing group of artists we have come to know & love. The support system has been unbelievable & there is no end in sight. We work every day to network, promote, share, inspire, encourage & help our artists succeed. At the end of the day, we’re just 2 artists ourselves who want to lift others & sell our art.

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
Communication is key, whether it’s with the managers at event spaces, artists, or each other. Also, spreadsheets are our best friend & we’re super thankful for Google drive!

Pricing:

• Just about all of our events are only $25 to vend. It is very important to us to remain humble & affordable for our community.
