Hi Tia Heisel and Jenna Kendell, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
It all started with a love for celebrating all the little things during Covid since parties were basically non-existent. We wanted a reason to celebrate, even though it was a dark time, we needed the light to create hope! We each prayed for a great friend during the crazy pandemic time, and little did we know our friendship would bloom into a business partnership, and festive and flair was born.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
People typically think of balloons as a little kid’s party decoration. But. It’s so much more, and our mission is to help people see that vision! You can literally have balloons at any event, big or small, and as intricate or as “extra” as you’d like!

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
We are a balloon decor business, and we specialize in Insta-Worthy balloon garlands and full balloon walls; we create garlands with personality! ✨💕 We provide our clients with over the top service, and we love to have fun!

We believe that more is better! We affectionately call ourselves “extra”!

Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
Be nice to everyone. We live by the golden rule- treat others as you would like to be treated.

We have also found that connecting with likewise biz peeps helps us navigate the ins and outs of entrepreneurship! “Therefore encourage one another and build each other up.” 1Thessalonians 5:11
