Daily Inspiration: Meet Tiffany Roundtree

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Roundtree.

Hi Tiffany, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I have always known at the age of 7 that I was called to something greater. Something big!! To be an entrepreneur of some sort. I just didn’t know what it was. I wanted to do something different than what I have seen my parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles did. Just work and pay bills. I wanted to live. I wanted freedom! I could never mesh into the norm of having a 9-5. Although I have clocked in at a regular job, I was always drawn to start a business of my own. To work for myself. I wanted to make an impact and inspire others. A few years later a Christian Clothing brand was born! All United Apparel LLLP. My husband and I partnered together to start a Christian street wear clothing brand to spread the gospel of Christ. I did not stop there; I further stretched out creativity and created a faith-based lifestyle YouTube channel named From Faith to Faith (@fromfaithto_faith) that I truly enjoy doing. I really enjoy the freedom to connect and inspire the community! To build a genuine relationship with others

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road has not always been a smooth one. I struggled with confidence. I had constant mind battles. Stepping outside of the box is a scary thing to do. I always downplayed my potential and my worth. I shrank SOOO many times!!! I was so afraid of others’ opinions and whether or not people were going to support. But I had to remind myself that I should not depend on the opinions of people. People flock to what is popular. Being popular is not what matters. Being real and true to yourself is the key! I had to stay consistent no matter what.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Right now, I am a Faith-based Lifestyle Influencer/Youtuber. I wanted to focus more on content creating. I share my day-to-day life as a wife, mom, businesswoman, etc. I wanted to show how God can take you from one place in your life to another. To show you can do the hard things. Show how faith can get you far in life. Every day is not a bed of roses; however, you can overcome them. I believe what sets me apart is my authenticity! I’m real. One of the reasons of why I’m so proud of myself. I didn’t let others change me or my character. I am the example and I see what I do flows down to my kids. Me sticking true to myself has impacted a lot of individual and that’s what keeps me going

Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
Finding like-minded people is your best asset. Those who wants to see you win! Those who are going to be real with you. Push you to greater. But be very strategic on who you let in though. Have discernment. Not every smile has good intentions. Some people work with you for personal gain and that’s not safe in this type of work or any work on that matter. Know who to let in your corner and be careful of the ears you allow to listen. It took me a while to learn this because I was a person who trusts too easily. I eventually got it together and it has been working phenomenally so far.
