Hi Chauncey, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
As a lifelong athlete turned Proud Army Airborne Wartime Veteran I got my start in the Real Estate Industry from my lifelong enjoyment of reading the Heroic stories and Experiences from Atlanta Real Estate pioneer Herman J. Russell and Washington D.C. / Miami Developer Donahue Peebles. Both African American Real Estate Moguls and ethical examples of men. I started out as a Real Estate salesperson and currently operate Perks By Perk Real Estate Brokerage, specializing in all price-points of clientele service in the Metro Atlanta and state of Georgia as a whole.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Real Estate as a whole is anything but a “smooth road” with the ever-constant changes in the economy, laws, learning the best ways to serve different client personalities, and teaching new agents to become their best selves. But helping others is the greatest reward.
