This means that from the engineering level of support to the architect level of design and planning is all components that Technology Solutions Worldwide demands from our internal team that delivers the Microsoft brand to any organization.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Building any organization has its ups and downs. Part of those ups has been the expansion to the entire North America, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. Many would say that expanding an organization in a foreign country is a huge undertaking. They would be correct. There are so many different laws and requirements that it is easy to get discouraged and abandon the thought.

However, through our struggles, we have managed to not only survive but to strive and build ourselves into the company we are today. We look at adversity as being a necessary part of growth. If there isn’t challenges, then it will be impossible to truly understand what it is to work for success. Success is a badge that is earned and not given freely.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing up as a youth is an educational opportunity in life. With youth, you are able to hit the reset button a few times without penalty. However, as you get older, those reset button opportunities become smaller and less likely. With that being said, I was able to experience various parts of the world that only a few dream of. I was able to travel, experience various cultures, and it is something that has stayed with me up to where I am now.

Life lessons is something that, when young, we act oblivious, but when we get older, that voice of reason becomes louder and louder. It is up to us as individuals to take apart the lessons being taught by life and turn them into milestones as we become closer and closer to the person we are destined to become.
