Exploring Life & Business with Ryan Sauers of End Resultz

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ryan Sauers. Them and their team share their story with us below:

Ryan Sauers is the owner of End Resultz Media, Sauers Consulting Strategies, Our Town Gwinnett Magazine (two-family, community & positive magazines), and the End Resultz Radio Network (ERRN).

Sauers Consulting and End Resultz Media work with clients across the US in creative ways: to grow their brand, increase sales, coordinate marketing strategies, and bring about organizational change.

Ryan Sauers is the radio and podcast host of the Marketing Matters radio show that later streams (after airing live) around the globe as a podcast. Ryan is also the host of the Community Connections video and podcast show that interviews leaders from various sectors who make a positive impact on the community. Ryan is the founder and owner of the End Resultz Radio Network featuring a number of top shows recorded in the studio. Sauers is also the host of a TV show that interviews business and community leaders telling their stories on a professional studio set.

Sauers is ABD (Doctoral Candidate) to achieve his Doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership. He obtained a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, an undergraduate degree in Communications and studied abroad at Oxford University in England while an undergraduate.

Sauers is an adjunct university professor helping accomplished and aspiring leaders achieve their degrees.

He is a Certified in/as: Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner; Conflict Management Practitioner and EI (Emotional Intelligence EQi 2.0) Practitioner. And, is also a Certified Marketing Executive and in using DiSC personality assessments. Sauers has been recognized as one of top 80 global CMOS.

He is the author of the best-selling books: Everyone is in Sales and Would You Buy from You? Sauers is a periodic columnist in a number of global publications such as Brand Quarterly. In addition, Ryan does vlogs for Printing Impressions titled: Perception IS Reality & for Print and Promo titled: Leaders Look Up. Both reach a global audience. He has a video series that addresses FAQ sales/marketing questions entitled #RyansRemarks.

Sauers gives a variety of presentations and speeches at numerous national conferences & events; and conducts training sessions, seminars, podcasts, and webinars. He is a recognized thought leader in human behavior: with a focus in coaching/consulting to improve sales, marketing, branding, communications, and leadership.

Ryan’s faith is very important to him. Sauers seeks to operate in life and business with the utmost integrity and authenticity. Sauers wife of 25 years, Lara, and three daughters Kelsey (22) McKenna 19; and Brooke 14 are the cornerstones of his life.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Life is tough, challenging, and fun. We must keep pushing forward and make things happen. We must take things one step at a time, one day at a time, and one round at a time. Nothing is going to hit us as hard as life.

It is not a matter if you get hit in life… it is a matter of how much you can take and keep moving forward. Sauers in his (dissertation work) is focused on grit theory. This means we must have long-term and consistent passions and perseverance.

Every choice we make in life leads to a chance. And as it was said in the Ferris Beuller movie (one of Ryan’s all-time) favorite is “Life moves pretty fast… if you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

We must have an appreciation of the past, a dedication to the present, and a vision for the future.
