A Legacy of Faith, Business, and Trailblazing Success
When it comes to faith-driven entrepreneurship, legacy building, and life reinvention, few names carry as much weight as Bishop Tyear Wilson-McCrary. A 35-year business veteran, international business strategist, and non-denominational bishop, she has built an empire rooted in wisdom, resilience, and financial empowerment.
Her journey from the pulpit to the boardroom, from millinery manufacturing to high-level business consulting, is nothing short of legendary. As the founder of Madam CEO Inc., Rich Auntie Weekend, and The Optimized Woman, she is on a mission to help women rewrite their stories, build sustainable wealth, and step boldly into their next level of success.
From the Pulpit to the Global Business Stage
For over 17 years, Tyear led Faith Church of Atlanta and Ecclesia Fellowship Church as a senior pastor, where she not only shepherded congregations but also mentored and trained leaders in faith and business. But her influence was never confined to the church walls—she recognized that ministry and marketplace success could coexist and set out to bridge the gap between spiritual purpose and financial prosperity.
As a non-denominational Bishop, she has used her platform to empower thousands of women and business owners through faith-driven, results-focused coaching. Her reach extends far beyond the U.S., with high-level international business retreats in Dubai and South Africa, where she equips entrepreneurs with global strategies to scale their brands and wealth.
A Trailblazer in Luxury Manufacturing & Retail Success
Long before she became a sought-after business strategist, Tyear made history in the world of luxury fashion and beauty.

✅ Crown Jewels Luxury Travel Bags Collection: She successfully launched a high-end travel accessories brand, bringing elegance, exclusivity, and craftsmanship to the luxury market.
✅ Madam CEO Cosmetics: Tyear developed a high-pigment, professional-grade cosmetics line, proving that beauty and business success can go hand in hand.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Looking back on my journey, I can honestly say that the challenges I’ve faced have shaped me into the woman and leader I am today. From navigating business ventures to overcoming personal struggles, each obstacle has taught me valuable lessons. Let me share some of the key challenges I’ve encountered along the way:
1. Balancing Faith and Business:
For over 17 years, I had the honor of leading Faith Church of Atlanta and Ecclesia Fellowship Church, where I navigated the complexities of ministry. While pastoring provided immense fulfillment, it also required balancing my calling with the demands of entrepreneurship. My faith has always been at the core of everything I do, but applying those spiritual principles to the world of business—while maintaining authenticity and purpose—was no easy task. Over time, I’ve learned how to integrate my faith seamlessly with my entrepreneurial endeavors, creating a foundation for both business growth and spiritual leadership.
2. Breaking Through Industry Barriers:
Becoming one of very first African-American female Bishops in the non-denominational Christian church space was an incredible accomplishment, but it didn’t come without its challenges. The church world, especially in a male-dominated environment, can be a tight-knit fraternity. Earning respect and recognition as a prophetic voice, dynamic spiritual leader, and thought leader required much more than just my credentials. I had to prove my worth through consistent service, integrity, and a clear, impactful message that set me apart. The road was long and often lonely, but it was worth it to show that leadership in the church—like in business—has no boundaries when it’s driven by purpose and faith.
3. Scaling Multiple Business Ventures:
Alongside my role in ministry, I ventured into several industries, including luxury millinery, creating the Crown Jewels collection of luxury travel bags, and launching Madam CEO Cosmetics. I also founded Madam CEO Inc., which has expanded into a global business development firm. Scaling these businesses involved navigating the complexities of manufacturing, marketing, and managing multiple ventures at once. Each challenge required adaptability, strategy, and the willingness to learn. Today, I’m proud to have established a strong presence in several industries, but it certainly wasn’t without significant hurdles.
4. Marital Challenges and Navigating a 30-Year Marriage:
Scott and I met just 45 days before we married, and our relationship faced intense challenges right from the start. We lost both sets of parents within the first three years of our marriage, and we even faced homelessness early on. But we didn’t let those obstacles define us. Together, we rebuilt our lives from scratch and created a blended family of four. There were times when our covenant was tested—times when we weren’t sure how to move forward—but through faith, love, and sheer determination, we’ve learned to support each other in both business and life.
5. Transitioning from Ministry to Entrepreneurship:
Leaving behind my pastoral responsibilities to pursue entrepreneurship was a significant transition. In ministry, the focus is often on service and nurturing others, but in business, I had to shift my mindset and approach to focus on profitability, systems, and long-term growth. It took a lot of self-discovery and learning new skills to lead in the business world while maintaining my commitment to my faith and leadership principles. It wasn’t easy, but it’s made me a more dynamic leader who can inspire others in both ministry and business.
6. Personal & Financial Setbacks:
Like anyone who has gone through significant life transitions, I’ve had my share of personal and financial setbacks. From the loss of loved ones to the challenge of rebuilding my life after facing homelessness, these obstacles could have stopped me in my tracks. But through each setback, I leaned into my faith and stayed focused on my vision. The lessons I’ve learned along the way have made me more resilient and determined to help others overcome their own struggles.
7. Empowering Women to Break Free from Limiting Beliefs:
One of the most important parts of my journey has been helping women break free from the limiting beliefs that hold them back. Whether through Rich Auntie Weekend or The Optimized Woman, I’ve made it my mission to show women how to step into their full potential. Too many women hold themselves back due to fear, doubt, or past failures, but I’ve witnessed firsthand how transformational it can be when a woman believes in herself and takes action. This is what drives me every day—to empower women to rise above their challenges and embrace the greatness within them.
Each challenge I’ve faced has taught me something new and has positioned me to help others navigate their own obstacles. The journey has not always been easy, but it has been worth it. Today, I use my story and my expertise to help others transform their lives—whether through life coaching, business consulting, or faith-based mentorship. I want to help others reach their highest potential, just as I’ve been able to do over the years. Every setback, every challenge, has led me to this moment—and I’m grateful for it all.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My professional life has been a colorful tapestry of experiences, each one adding depth to my passion for empowering women, whether they’re seasoned professionals, new entrepreneurs, or those navigating life’s transitions. For years, I’ve dedicated myself to women’s empowerment, crafting spaces where women can thrive personally, professionally, and spiritually. From career professionals seeking work-life balance to entrepreneurs taking their first leap, I’ve made it my mission to guide women at every stage of their journey.
As a life coach and mentor, I’ve had the privilege of working with women who want more than just success—they’re striving for fulfillment, growth, and a deeper connection with their purpose. For those at a career crossroads, I help them reframe their approach, develop strategies for success, and tap into their inner power to keep moving forward. Whether navigating office politics, building confidence, or pursuing long-term career goals, I’m here to help them embrace their potential and find clarity.
For the new entrepreneurs, I provide the tools, knowledge, and encouragement they need to get started. I break down complex business strategies into actionable steps, helping them craft a clear vision and a solid foundation for their ventures. It’s not just about business development—it’s about self-belief, resilience, and the mindset to keep going despite the obstacles. I’m passionate about supporting women who are taking that leap of faith, offering practical guidance and moral support as they build businesses that reflect their values.
What drives me most is the idea that every woman has an untapped potential waiting to be unlocked. Whether you’re working a 9-5, stepping into entrepreneurship, or somewhere in between, I believe in creating the kind of community and guidance that encourages you to take the leap and thrive in all areas of your life. My approach is warm, motivating, and empowering—because when women are supported in discovering who they truly are, there’s nothing they can’t achieve.
We love surprises, fun facts and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
Here’s something that might surprise most people who know me or work with me—I love making cakes and baking! There’s something so special about creating something sweet with my hands, and I enjoy the creativity it brings.
I also have a passion for sewing couture-inspired women’s clothing, especially pieces for professional and evening wear. It’s a way for me to express my love for fashion and empower women to feel beautiful and confident in their clothing.
And when it comes to entertaining, I absolutely love bringing people together. One of my favorite things to do is host events where I can sing jazz and soul music with a live band. It’s a fun and soulful way to connect with others, and a side of me that I love sharing when the moment’s right.
It’s these little passions that make life richer and remind me to embrace the joy in the creative moments while helping others do the same in their own journeys!
