Exploring Life & Business with Vallon Jolly of Soul Prosperity LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Vallon Jolly.

Hi Vallon, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
To be honest, this is such an interesting question because my journey hasn’t been a straight line.

For the last six years, as I’ve studied the Bible, served in my local church, and grown in my relationship with God, I’ve also carried a strong desire to be an entrepreneur. Along the way, I’ve had several business ideas, launches that never fully got off the ground, and ventures that existed for a season and then ended. Those experiences taught me a lot about timing, preparation, and perseverance.

About five or six years ago, God gave me a revelation that would eventually shape my entire brand and mission. It centered around three words: healthy, wealthy, and whole. At the time, my own life didn’t necessarily look or feel like any of those things. Yet God began showing me that true health, true wealth, and true wholeness are found first in Him and flow from a prospering soul.

That revelation became the foundation for my original brand, Healthy Wealthy Whole. I created merchandise, built a small community, and shared the message with others. While there were some successes, I eventually realized that the vision needed deeper roots, greater clarity, and better alignment with the season God was leading me into.

Today, I am relaunching that vision through a reimagined and more mature expression called Soul Prosperity. It reflects not only what I’ve learned through Scripture, but also what I’ve learned through life—as a wife, mother, friend, church leader, and entrepreneur. Soul Prosperity is built on the belief that lasting transformation begins from the inside out and that God desires for us to prosper in every area of life as our souls prosper.

What brings me to this point today is not a single breakthrough moment, but the culmination of years of growth, refinement, setbacks, faith, and obedience. No matter how much time passed between business ideas or seasons of waiting, the desire to build, create, and serve people through entrepreneurship never left me.

Now, with greater clarity, proper planning, and alignment with God’s timing, I feel fully prepared to launch again. I’m especially excited because I’m also preparing to release my upcoming book, Soul Prosperity: Wholeness Through Intimacy With Christ, which represents much of the journey God has taken me on over the last several years.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it definitely has not been a smooth road.

In fact, if I’m honest, the last decade of my life has included no shortage of challenges, disappointments, setbacks, and lessons learned. There were real obstacles—financial pressures, failed business ventures, difficult seasons in marriage, the challenges of raising children in different stages of life, and the constant balancing act of family, ministry, work, and entrepreneurship.

Some of the most significant challenges have also been deeply personal. In 2025, I nearly lost vision in my right eye due to a severe eye infection. More recently, my husband has been navigating significant vision loss of his own, a reality that has impacted our family in profound ways. Those experiences could have easily caused me to retreat in fear, but instead they strengthened my faith and sharpened my perspective. They reminded me that life is precious, that tomorrow is not promised, and that if God has placed something in my heart, I should pursue it boldly. Rather than making me more fearful, those challenges have made me more determined to walk fully in my purpose and embrace every opportunity God places before me.

But one of the greatest revelations I’ve had is that not all of my struggles were external. Many of the biggest battles were internal. They were battles of mindset, perspective, fear, impatience, and self-doubt.

We’ve all heard the question: Is the glass half empty or half full? For years, I viewed many situations through one of those two lenses. But through studying God’s Word and growing in my relationship with Christ, I came to a different conclusion. As a believer, my cup is neither half empty nor half full—it overflows.

Psalm 23 says, “You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.” That Scripture changed the way I see adversity. Before, every setback felt like the end of the story. Every disappointment felt bigger than it actually was. Now, even when I face challenges, I understand that God’s provision, grace, wisdom, and faithfulness are always greater than what I’m going through.

In previous seasons, I sometimes moved ahead of proper planning. I had vision, passion, and faith, but not always the wisdom, restraint, or strategy necessary to sustain what I was building. There were times when I wanted the results of entrepreneurship more than I was prepared for the process. Looking back, some of my greatest lessons came from ventures that didn’t succeed the way I hoped they would.

I also had to learn how to navigate life as a wife and mother while pursuing my calling. I became a mother at 19, and later entered a new season of marriage and raising additional children. Each season required a different level of growth, maturity, and dependence on God.

The struggles didn’t stop me; they shaped me. They taught me endurance, patience, wisdom, and perspective. Most importantly, they taught me that my circumstances do not determine whether I am blessed or prosperous. Because of my relationship with Christ, I don’t live from a place of scarcity. I live from the reality that my cup overflows.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Soul Prosperity is more than a brand—it’s an invitation. It’s an invitation to become, to belong, and to discover both who God is and who He created you to be.

At its core, Soul Prosperity is built on the belief that true prosperity begins in the soul. Our culture often defines prosperity by money, status, or success, but Scripture teaches that lasting prosperity flows from a healthy relationship with God and a thriving inner life. When we know who God is, we begin to understand who we are, and from that place we can experience greater peace, purpose, wholeness, and stability in every season.

Through books, teaching, resources, and community, my goal is to help people apply timeless biblical truths to modern life. This message is especially close to my heart because it isn’t something I simply teach—it’s something I have lived and continue to live. The principles behind Soul Prosperity were forged through real-life experiences, challenges, growth, and my own journey of learning to trust God more deeply.

What sets Soul Prosperity apart is its focus on transformation from the inside out. We live in a culture that is searching for answers, identity, and healing. While there are many voices offering solutions, Soul Prosperity points people back to the One who created them. I believe emotional wellness, mental wellness, spiritual growth, and practical success are not separate conversations—they are connected.

The foundation of this message comes from the biblical understanding of the soul. Scripture says that when God formed man from the dust of the ground, He breathed into him and man became a living soul. Understanding who we are at that level changes everything. It allows us to challenge limiting narratives, move beyond labels, and live from God’s truth rather than the pressures of culture.

The people I hope to serve are those who are searching, those who are hurting, those who feel stuck, and even those who believe they already know who they are but sense there is still more. Soul Prosperity exists to help people grow in intimacy with God, discover their identity in Christ, and walk in the fullness of what He has for them.

What I am most proud of is the evolution of the vision itself. What began years ago as Healthy Wealthy Whole has matured into Soul Prosperity, a deeper and more comprehensive expression of the message God placed in my heart. It reflects not only what I’ve learned through studying Scripture, but also what I’ve learned through serving faithfully in my local church for nearly twelve years, raising a family, working in leadership, and walking through life’s challenges with God.

More than anything, I want readers to know that Soul Prosperity is about hope. No matter where you’ve been or what season you’re in, there is an invitation to know God more deeply, discover who He says you are, and experience the kind of prosperity that begins within and impacts every area of life.

This version reads like a founder interview while preserving the ministry-driven heart behind your brand. It also positions Soul Prosperity as both a movement and a practical resource, which is attractive for a feature article.

What makes you happy?
Oddly enough, I don’t really identify with happiness as much as I once did. Happiness is often tied to circumstances and outcomes, and while there’s certainly nothing wrong with being happy, I think it’s a more basic level of emotional experience. Over the years, I’ve become much more interested in cultivating joy and peace—things that remain steady regardless of what’s happening around me.
What brings me joy is being settled in who God is and trusting His Word. The Bible never promises a life free from challenges. In fact, it talks openly about trials, tribulations, and afflictions. But it also promises God’s presence, faithfulness, and victory through those seasons. Because of that, I’ve learned to anchor my life in something deeper than circumstances.

My children bring me tremendous joy. I have four children and two bonus children, and watching them grow, learn, and become who God created them to be is one of the greatest privileges of my life. I love them so much that sometimes it feels like my heart can barely contain it.

My marriage also brings me joy. Not because it has been perfect, but because we have persevered. There is something beautiful about growing together through different seasons and continuing to choose one another.

Serving in the house of God brings me joy. Prayer, worship, studying Scripture, and helping others grow in their faith are some of the most fulfilling parts of my life. I also deeply value community. Healthy friendships, spiritual family, brotherhood, and sisterhood have been some of God’s greatest gifts to me. Life was never meant to be lived alone.

If I had to summarize it, what brings me the greatest joy is seeing God’s faithfulness in every area of my life—my family, my faith, my community, and the privilege of becoming more of who He created me to be.
