Hi GradyDeMarcus (GD), thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
All of the above! Intelligence, Energy, and Integrity are required cornerstones in every aspect of my life.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is GD Holland and I am the Founder-CEO of The Destination Manhood Collective Inc based in Metropolitan Atlanta. Our mission and vision are centered on At Risk Youth and ways to advocate, support and mentor them.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
That no one cared or understood my existence.
What fear has held you back the most in your life?
Fear of Failure…in any endeavor.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Whom do you admire for their character, not their power?
My mother. Her strength, resilience and guidance have truly impacted me throughout life.

When I’m “working ” . I know it sounds cliche but I actually love the work that I do.
