Hidden Gems: Meet Jordan Allen of Tenax Fitwear

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jordan Allen.

Hi Jordan, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
During my marriage, my wife and I really got into bettering our lifestyles health-wise. Along the way, we lost weight and our bodies transformed for the good. During that transformation, our clothes that we normally worked out in no longer fit properly. So since we worked out a lot, we started buying new workout clothes such as Lululemon, gymshark, alphalete, etc. We really liked the look of the clothing but realized it got pricey over time. We also noticed some of the models for some of these companies do not always accurately reflect what the average person looks like that is on a fitness journey. So we wanted to create our own lane and make activewear that everyone can look good in and feel good in. Long story short we started planning in winter 2019 to launch in 2021. When 2020 hit and the world came to a near stop, we were able to use the time during lockdown and invest in Tenax and move the launch to fall 2020. Since then we have had the best support ever and nothing but positive feedback and reviews. And today we are still going strong #TEAMTENAX

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It gets tough at times but how you respond is the most important part. We had plenty of obstacles along the way one with covid limiting us from getting out in front of big crowds. And of course competing against our previous year sales

We’ve been impressed with Tenax Fitwear, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We specialize in creating activewear for men and women. Our clothing withstands high intensity and low-intensity workouts and also looks good casually. Our brand stands out because we like to listen to what the consumer wants in a product and we pay close attention to detail When it comes to quality control. We are very proud of how much we have learned about this industry and how much our customers like our products. We would love for everyone to know that our products are for you and we believe you will get great use out of them.
