Hidden Gems: Meet Octavia Monsanto of Mobile Me 360

Today we’d like to introduce you to Octavia Monsanto.

Hi Octavia, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I started Mobile Me 360 with just $1,500 and a vision to create something of my own. At the time, it wasn’t just about starting a business it was about creating an opportunity. I originally invested in the booth as a way to support marketing for events, but I quickly realized the experience itself was something people genuinely loved.

In the beginning, I had to learn everything on the go while building my own pipeline, reaching out to clients, and figuring out how to stand out in a competitive space. There were slow periods where business wasn’t consistent, but I stayed committed, kept showing up, and continued refining my process.

Over time, that consistency paid off. I’ve been able to grow the business into something that not only provides a service, but creates memorable experiences for weddings, corporate events, and celebrations. Today, I take pride in delivering quality, energy, and professionalism every time I show up vs because I know what it took to build this from the ground up.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road ups and downs are part of the journey, especially in entrepreneurship. One of the biggest challenges was dealing with inconsistency. There were times when bookings were slow, and I had to push myself to stay motivated and keep showing up even when results weren’t immediate.

I also had to unlearn the idea that business would always be steady. In reality, I had to create my own opportunities building relationships, reaching out, and constantly marketing myself. On top of that, learning the business side while actively running it was a challenge in itself.

But those struggles helped me grow. They taught me resilience, discipline, and how to adapt. Looking back, every slow season and obstacle played a role in shaping how I operate today.

We’ve been impressed with Mobile Me 360, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business specializes in creating high-energy, memorable experiences for events like weddings, birthdays, and corporate functions. What started as a 360 photobooth service has grown into a full event experience brand. We’ve expanded to offer mobile bartending services and interactive rentals like giant games and inflatable sports games, allowing clients to elevate their events all in one place.

What sets us apart is the experience we bring not just the service. Anyone can provide equipment, but we focus on the energy, the engagement, and the quality of the final product. From the way we interact with guests to the way we capture and deliver content, everything is intentional. We want people to feel something when they step on the platform or engage with our services.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud of how we’ve been able to build something from the ground up that people genuinely enjoy and remember. It’s not just about showing up it’s about creating moments that last beyond the event.

I want readers to know that we’re more than just a photobooth company we’re here to enhance the entire atmosphere of your event and make sure your guests leave talking about it.

Who else deserves credit in your story?
I definitely didn’t do this alone my friends, family, and loyal customers deserve a lot of credit for where I am today. My family and close friends have been my support system from the beginning, whether that was helping behind the scenes, showing up to events, or simply encouraging me to keep going during slower seasons.

My customers have also played a huge role. The ones who trusted me early on, referred me to others, and continued to book with me helped build the foundation of my business. Their support and word-of-mouth have been invaluable.

I’ve also learned a lot just from being in the field connecting with other creatives and entrepreneurs, picking up game, and applying it in my own way. Every bit of support, whether big or small, has contributed to the growth of the business.
