Hi Quincy, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Born and raised in Fort Worth, TX. I was emerged in a culture of entrepreneurship, hard work, and limitless possibilities. Entering the Real Estate industry over 15 years ago, I have developed a unique skill set that includes Real Estate Law, Finance, Construction, Land Development, and Renewable Energy. Major projects that I have lead are the ground-up development of senior living facilities, cellular towers, auto dealerships, service stations, and residential communities.
Living during Covid awarded me the opportunity to rethink my future and understand the privileges that made me the person that I am today. Inspired to give back and help others achieve financial success. I am dedicated to assisting others in achieving financial gain by allowing your earnings to work for you. INVESTING! At the top of the year, I agreed to team up with an awesome Real Estate Investor and Developer out of Atlanta, GA. Together, we have created several investment programs that provide above-average returns and lucrative rewards.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
In my career, I am often the youngest and most likely the only black person in the room. One of the largest challenges I faced was gaining the respect and acknowledgment of my ability to not only be productive but to be innovative and a leader. Another obstacle is that media has fostered a thought process of “Real Estate, Zero Dollars out of Pocket” mentality, which is simply not the case. Owning Real Estate Cost!!!
The most recent challenge that I am having is teaching the importance of investing to our black/brown people. The feedback that I am given is, “I don’t have the money to invest,” “I can’t tie up my money for that long,” or “I don’t have the time.” After addressing these challenges, most understand that they do have the money, the return on investment timeline is fairly short and that we offer programs that allow investors to be hands-off.
We’ve been impressed with WholeSaleListing, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We have established two platforms that allow investors and potential investors to produce over average returns by investing in Real Estate. What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
I’ve learned that stability is relative, investments are essential, and diversifying your portfolio with real estate is a must-have.
