Hi Robert, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
The backbone of Stallworth Senior Health Group LLC is its dedicated and passionate
founder, where a deep understanding of the senior health market guides every aspect
of the business. With years of experience serving the senior community and a firm
commitment to helping older adults navigate their healthcare options, the founder has
not only launched the business but is also instrumental in refining its mission and
ensuring that it meets the needs of its clientele. This unique perspective stems from a
personal commitment to advocacy for seniors, which is reflected in the company’s
core values of compassion, integrity, and service.

While currently a one-person operation, the founder’s vision for expansion involves
attracting team members who share this commitment to senior well-being.

informed by firsthand experience. Having observed the common pitfalls seniors face,

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
My journey has been a very interesting yet rewarding and fulfilling one. I actually got into this profession by following into it. I had lost my job as a Employment Staffing Recruiter. I had been doing that for a few years. And really wanted to grow in that field. But as it’s often stated when life gives you lemons you make lemonade. So, after being the one helping others find jobs. I became the one in need of one. I know this had to be a divinely led assignment. Because within 14 days I ran across this opportunity through an old networking contact. The person was telling me about a brokerage company hiring for Medicare Health Insurance agents. I had little interest in the opportunity at first. But the thought of not having a roof over my head didn’t sound ideal for me. So, I accepted the role. And it turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made in my life. I took and passed my insurance exam. And started working with the Medicare broker that hired me. I stayed there for 5 years. And then eventually went out on my own in 2018. If you’re someone like me who wasn’t quite sure if this was a career path for them. I would say work with a brokerage/ or someone who can teach you the ropes first. It would probably save you a lot of time. But that doesn’t have to be the case for everyone. There is a lot that technology can teach you these days.

I had to learn how to set goals for myself. Figure out what was the best way to attract new clients for me. And the good thing for me one I had low expenses. Which you need when you’re working a commission based job. And two I had five years of building a book of business before going out on my own.

I think the thing I’m most proud of is the ability to build and own. And also have something that generates enough income to pay bills and support my dreams and goals.

I also have gotten into real estate investing. I would also encourage anyone who is interested in supplementing their income by investing into some sort of real estate opportunities.
