Today we’d like to introduce you to Stina Disa.
Hi Stina, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey started with a genuine love for media, storytelling, and being in spaces where energy and culture come together. I’m originally from Kansas City, Missouri, and I moved to Atlanta to pursue my education in Mass Media Arts at Clark Atlanta University. That experience really opened me up to the industry. I’ve had the opportunity to work with nonprofits, artists, government entities and brands early on, which gave me a foundation not just in being on camera, but understanding how everything works behind the scenes.
After graduating, I fully stepped into media and hosting. I started building my name through live events, interviews, nightlife, and digital platforms, and over time, that consistency turned into real opportunities. I became known for my ability to connect with people, manage energy in a room, and create experiences that feel engaging and intentional. That period of my life taught me how to show up, adapt quickly, and really own my voice.
As I grew, I realized I didn’t just want to be in front of the camera, I wanted to build something. That’s what led me to launch Live Fast Die Pretty Creative Agency, where I focus on developing creatives, producing experiences, and helping brands and talent grow with purpose and strategy behind them. At the same time, I’ve continued expanding my own platform through content, hosting, and now authorship.
Where I am today is really the result of staying consistent, being willing to pivot, and trusting my vision even when it didn’t fully make sense yet. I’m currently working on expanding my ventures, speaking about my book Look What a Year Can Do, and continuing to create opportunities not just for myself, but for the community around me.
More than anything, my story is about growth in real time; learning, evolving, and building something meaningful step by step.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. There have been a lot of moments where I didn’t feel fully prepared, but the opportunity was there — and I had to decide whether to step into it or play it safe. That constant tension between security and growth is something I’ve had to navigate over and over again.
Betting on yourself sounds empowering, but in real time, it can be mentally and emotionally draining. There’s pressure, uncertainty, and seasons where things don’t move as quickly as you’d like. I’ve experienced moments of doubt, financial stress, and having to rebuild or pivot when something didn’t go as planned. Those aren’t always the parts people see, but they’re very real.
At the same time, those challenges have been some of my greatest teachers. They’ve forced me to become more disciplined, more self-aware, and more intentional about how I move. I’ve learned how to trust myself in uncertain situations and how to keep going even when I don’t have all the answers.
I think the biggest lesson has been understanding that growth doesn’t always feel good while it’s happening. But when you look back, you realize every risk, every pivot, and every uncomfortable moment played a role in shaping who you’re becoming. And for me, that’s been worth it.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Live Fast Die Pretty Creative Agency?
Live Fast Die Pretty Creative Agency is a creative agency built to support and amplify artists, creators, and brands through intentional storytelling, strategy, and execution. We specialize in brand development, content creation, event production, and creative direction; but what really sets us apart is how we approach growth.
We don’t just focus on visibility, we focus on alignment. A lot of people can make something look good online, but we’re more interested in building brands that actually feel like something in real life identity, consistency, and long-term potential. Whether we’re working with an artist, a personality, or a business, our goal is to help them move with clarity and purpose, not just trends.
I think what also sets us apart is that we understand both sides, creative and the business. I’ve been in front of the camera, behind the scenes, in live environments, and in development spaces, so I’m able to guide clients in a way that’s both strategic and realistic. We’re not just giving ideas, we’re helping bring them to life and sustain them.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the foundation we’re building. Live Fast Die Pretty isn’t just a service, it’s an ecosystem. We’re creating opportunities, developing talent, and building spaces for creatives to grow, collaborate, and be seen in ways that feel authentic to them.
Right now, we’re focused on expanding and partnering with brands and creatives who are serious about growth and ready to invest in their next level. We’re especially interested in long-term collaborations and retainer clients where we can really tap in, build, and scale something meaningful over time.
For anyone reading, I’d want them to know that we’re intentional about who we work with. We value alignment, consistency, and execution.
What makes you happy?
What makes me happy is being of service and actually completing things. I’m naturally a doer, so there’s a real sense of fulfillment that comes from taking an idea, building it out, and seeing it come to life the way it’s supposed to.
I’m happiest when things are in motion, when the plan is working, opportunities are aligning, and the effort I’ve put in starts to show results. There’s something powerful about preparation meeting opportunity, because it reminds me that the work matters and nothing is wasted.
I also find a lot of joy in creating value for other people. Whether it’s through my work, my platforms, or the experiences I help bring together, knowing that something I built or contributed to had an impact on someone else is what keeps me going.
At the end of the day, I’m happiest when I’m in alignment; Doing the work, seeing progress, and building a life that reflects what I’ve been working toward.
