Jessica Hernandez Park of Roswell & Duluth on Life, Lessons & Legacy

Jessica Hernandez Park shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.

Hi Jessica , thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
Jessica Hernández Park is most proud of building a kind, cohesive, and hard-working team at Park Ave Cosmetic Center. For her, the true success of the business isn’t just in the treatments they offer, but in the supportive culture she’s created—one where everyone shows up with compassion, accountability, and a genuine desire to help clients feel their best. She takes pride in leading a team that treats each other like family, works seamlessly together, and represents the heart and soul of Park Ave every single day.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
The Park Ave team reflects the same dedication and heart that Jessica brings to the company. As CEO, Jessica Park sets the vision and leads with empathy, excellence, and innovation. Monica Morales, the Spa Manager, keeps the entire operation running smoothly—handling clients, training staff, and ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. Jessica Jones, Doinita Neocora, and Stephanie Estrada, the Advanced Nurse Injectors, bring exceptional skill, artistry, and patient care to every treatment they perform. Together, this powerhouse team blends professionalism, warmth, and expertise, creating an elevated experience for every person who walks through the doors of Park Ave Cosmetic Center.

Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
I no longer believe that I have to do it on my own. There are people that are willing to help and support me along the way.

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Life is simple. At the end of the day you dont need much. A warm home, food , good friends & family is more than enough.

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
Family & Business

Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. When do you feel most at peace?
At home with my husband & when all the kids are together; my heart feels complete.
