Angel , it’s always a pleasure to learn from you and your journey. Let’s start with a bit of a warmup: What is a normal day like for you right now?
A normal day for me is never really normal. I balance being the owner of BYoutifulBody LLC, where I help clients transform through body contouring, with my work as a professional singer and film producer. On top of that, I still maintain a regular job. My days are a mix of serving clients, creating, performing, producing, and planning my next project. It’s busy, but I love the balance—it keeps me grounded and reminds me that I’m capable of wearing many hats while still chasing my dreams

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Angel Lance, and I wear many hats — I’m a professional singer, film producer, entrepreneur, and the owner of BYoutifulBody LLC, a luxury body-contouring spa. What makes me unique is that I’ve built a career around both creativity and care. On one hand, I produce films and create music that inspire and tell stories; on the other, I help people look and feel their best through innovative self-care treatments. I’m proof that you don’t have to choose one path — you can create your own lane. Right now, I’m focused on expanding my brand, producing new projects in the film world, and continuing to give people the confidence to shine in their own skin.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
I used to believe I was unworthy — abused by both parents, blamed by the one who should’ve protected me, homeless while raising four children, and at my lowest I didn’t want to live. Now I know those were lies: I survived, I’m healing and my pain has become my purpose

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
I would tell her that I see the pain you’re carrying, and it’s not your fault. The world may have been cruel, and the people who were supposed to protect you failed—but you are not broken. You are brave beyond measure, and even when it feels impossible, you will survive, you will rise, and you will create a life filled with love, power, and purpose. Don’t give up on yourself—you are worthy of everything you dream of.”

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What’s a belief you used to hold tightly but now think was naive or wrong?
I used to believe in treating everyone the way I want to be treated, but I’ve learned that not everyone deserves that level of respect or kindness. Some people only take advantage of it.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. When do you feel most at peace?
I feel most at peace when I’m fully immersed in creating—whether it’s transforming a client’s body, spending time with my family creating memories, making music, or producing a film. It’s in those moments of purpose, self-care, and creative flow that everything else fades away, and I can just be present
